We're a couple and we wanted to spend time together and the staff didn't come up and bother us unless we needed them
The staff were so nice and I would definitely stay here again
Breakfast provided was fantastic. Very comfy beds and excellent service.
The breakfast was good.
The whole place is antiquated. I know it’s an old building, but the toilet was not nice. The shower room was tiny and the toilet bowl chipped, ancient and didn’t look clean. And the wash hand basin was outside the shower room in the bedroom! Not good in these days of the virus. That was bad enough, but the parking arrangements were just weird. Yes, yes - were in the middle of the city, but private parking was advertised. Turns out this involved a staff member asking for the car key and reversing my car down the narrowest of lanes beside the hotel. Four other cars were then parked in front of it. The staff member then kept the key - luckily I had a second key. I understand that we were in the city centre, but I had to ask if I wanted my car and it meant manoeuvring the other ones first. But the worst thing was that the staff member had fiddled with everything. The three mirrors, radio, air conditioning, fan - everything, all for a 10 metre drive! Why??? It was really maddening and made me angry. Kilronan House? No thanks.
The breakfast was lovely and the bed was ridiculously comfy. It's also a really good location to get into town.
It was expensive for what it was considering we had a shared bathroom.
Breakfast best part of our stay
Bathroom. Nowhere to put down toilet bag except for floor. Very small corner basin.
