Pros: I loved everything about this hotel. Honestly. It was within cheap taxi rides to all the souks in Deira. Bus options to these souks were also available but we tried to minimise walking in the heart. The hotel is also 3 minutes away from the metro, which linked us to new Dubai.
Service was excellent and I'd recommend the breakfast option.

Cons: Ask for rooms on the third floor or higher. The first floor rooms are right by the pool (closed for renovation), and below all of the second floor restaurants. At about 7:45 AM you start hearing a lot of noise from both the pool and restaurants. Also the view from the large window was basically a back alley.

Cons: I would like to stay for 3 hours with a friend off 2 the only reason we stayed there is to dress up and take showers but the receptionist wasn't friendly I know the laws but she didn't understand the circumstances she think we booked two bad to stay for three she listens her self for that reason I don't see the Sheraton standard I understand that very poor customer service I have reason to stay and tell her the situation instead that she tells for security to not going three of us I feel like stupid and disrespectful I paid and one day and just for 3 hours staying that's not acceptable even if the security they got told to go there job but the didn't understand why they have to do this they feel very sorry what so ever she should be at that position either she has to training or I am not trying to be mean and bad that very true if you want to the business people look the custemer service I one that night I can not bring my friends I so sorry

Cons: The location is not glamorous — there are a few construction projects on the block and shopping for anything but the bare essentials are not a simple walk away— but it is centrally located to the souqs, Sheik Z road, and the airport.

Cons: Very bad location for tourism. The hotel lobby was always too noisy and crowded. The breakfast buffet was below expectations, food wasn't appetizing, vegetables and cheese looked old, croissants weren't tasty. Tables weren't clean for lunch.

Once I got there the pool did not disappoint! It was very nice with shade and sun, full service and quiet! The staff here we're very friendly and helpful. The was great, much better than other hotel breakfasts. The room was large and so was the bathroom. I didn't try the restaurants at the hotel but they were always busy so I'm assuming they were good! The subway was right down the street. Overall this was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend staying here!

Cons: The bed was a little hard and the room had a funny smell. I had mentioned to the staff that it was a little warm in my room and I attempted to turn down the AC but that didn't work. I think the building is climate controlled and it was a little warm for me. Also I didn't appreciate that they charged me to print out two pages worth of vouchers for a tour. If you are familiar with Dubai and you know the Bur Dubai area then this is a great hotel. If you are not familiar with the city then realize that this is in the old part of town. The new/modern part of the city is about an hour away with traffic. Although it is close to the subway it is still very inconvenient to get to the more tourist areas.

Cons: We booked a quad room with 1x extra bed when we arrived we were told they only have an executive room this is our largest room it only has 1 queen size bed, we are 2 adults 3 children we explained we cannot all fit in 1 bed and were told it is accepted practice for children and children to sleep in 1 bed we said this was totally unacceptable we have stayed in hotels all over the world and also sheraton hotels and this is totally unaceptable, it was 2am in the morning and so we made do overnight, we got a very similar response in the morning from the manager and rang booking.com and they confirmed we had booked a quad room and extra bed, although they had no more luck than we did with the manager. The apartment was large and spacious and accommodated six of us with ease and comfort and everything worked as it should, eg air con/appliances. We did not have a hairdryer but one was found once we asked. The pool on the 30th floor for residents is lovely and the lifeguard attentive and fun with the children. Views from here were great and although close to the airport, there is no noise problem whatsoever. The Hotel pool was pleasant, if rather small for a hotel this size, so we would recommend using the Galleria's pool. It is possible to order food and drinks there. The poolside bar at the Hotel is very nice with staff who really make you welcome

Pros: The staff were attentive and helpful at all times, to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The apartment was large and spacious and accommodated six of us with ease and comfort and everything worked as it should, eg air con/appliances. We did not have a hairdryer but one was found once we asked. The pool on the 30th floor for residents is lovely and the lifeguard attentive and fun with the children. Views from here were great and although close to the airport, there is no noise problem whatsoever. The Hotel pool was pleasant, if rather small for a hotel this size, so we would recommend using the Galleria's pool. It is possible to order food and drinks there. The poolside bar at the Hotel is very nice with staff who really make you welcome
Cons: The only negetive for us would be the location for getting across the Creek. Taxis are on hand all the time, but the traffic made the journeys seem longer. It is for this reason only that we would choose not to stay here again despite the fact we would love to.

Cons: No shops near the hotel, pretty far from the metro (15 min. walk). The hallway smells funny, smelled like curry. Luckily the room didn't smell like that. The fridge was pretty noisy. No internet available in room. Digital tv with thousand channels, but only a few in English/French. If you want a bit more luxury I'd recommend the newer Winchester Deluxe hotel in Kuwaiti street.

The phone in the room was broken and with no WiFi we had to use the internet computers in the smoke-filled bar which was jammed with prostitutes booking their clients. Cons: very noisy in the night because of the bar downstairs, much traffic, they didnt informed us the hotel facilities is under renovation especially the pool.
