Pros: I loved everything about this hotel. Honestly. It was within cheap taxi rides to all the souks in Deira. Bus options to these souks were also available but we tried to minimise walking in the heart. The hotel is also 3 minutes away from the metro, which linked us to new Dubai.
Service was excellent and I'd recommend the breakfast option.

Pros: The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the rooms clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of restaurants and shops in the building, with the option of ordering room service from any of them. Would consider this hotel a good option in the future. Free WiFi, a universal outlet to plug in electronics from just about anywhere, and the option for wired internet if that is your preference.

Cons: Ask for rooms on the third floor or higher. The first floor rooms are right by the pool (closed for renovation), and below all of the second floor restaurants. At about 7:45 AM you start hearing a lot of noise from both the pool and restaurants. Also the view from the large window was basically a back alley.

Pros: It was my second stay and will definitely staying again as everything was grest specially i would like to mention front staff ANA at check in was very friendly and given us early check in which was amazing. Also I would like to mention and big thank you to PRASAND & SHUJA both guys were very very polite and nice. The hotel itself is very neat and clean housekeeping is good too. Very close to major attractions and do provide free shuttle service to kite beach and Dubai mall. Please pass my big big thank you to above staff members and already looking forward to staying again without any hesitation.

Cons: I would like to stay for 3 hours with a friend off 2 the only reason we stayed there is to dress up and take showers but the receptionist wasn't friendly I know the laws but she didn't understand the circumstances she think we booked two bad to stay for three she listens her self for that reason I don't see the Sheraton standard I understand that very poor customer service I have reason to stay and tell her the situation instead that she tells for security to not going three of us I feel like stupid and disrespectful I paid and one day and just for 3 hours staying that's not acceptable even if the security they got told to go there job but the didn't understand why they have to do this they feel very sorry what so ever she should be at that position either she has to training or I am not trying to be mean and bad that very true if you want to the business people look the custemer service I one that night I can not bring my friends I so sorry

Pros: We always book Park Regis when we're in Dubai mainly because of the level of comfort the hotel provides and the excellent location. Having no personal mode of transportation, this hotel is located at an ideal location for us with countless eateries and shopping opportunities scattered around the building. The hotel is less than a 5 minute walk to the Bur Juman metro station which connects both the metro lines and in effect gives access to a very wide network of places across the city. The rooms are very comfortable with beds that are always conducive to a great nights sleep. Even though the hotel is located on a very busy street, the sound proofing lets little or no noise from the surroundings in. The amenities provided are great too. The staff are always courteous and ready to help. Finally the value for money is unlike any place we've stayed at.

Pros: We always book Park Regis when we're in Dubai mainly because of the level of comfort the hotel provides and the excellent location. Having no personal mode of transportation, this hotel is located at an ideal location for us with countless eateries and shopping opportunities scattered around the building. The hotel is less than a 5 minute walk to the Bur Juman metro station which connects both the metro lines and in effect gives access to a very wide network of places across the city. The rooms are very comfortable with beds that are always conducive to a great nights sleep. Even though the hotel is located on a very busy street, the sound proofing lets little or no noise from the surroundings in. The amenities provided are great too. The staff are always courteous and ready to help. Finally the value for money is unlike any place we've stayed at.

Pros: The staff are very efficient, well trained and anticipate guest needs with friendly service. The room service food was excellent quality and the presentation was very good.
Cons: The Hotel is situated a little far from the centre of the shopping area and rather in the middle of nowhere.

Pros: The hotel staff were friendly, efficient and professional. The Friday brunch was quite an international experience with stands from various parts of the world and the quality is what you would expect from Hyatt.
Cons: Its abt time they put flat screen TV's in the room. The room did not have a couch and the furnisher felt oldish.
