Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly highlight the exceptional service and friendliness of the staff, with many mentioning specific team members who made their stay memorable. The location is appreciated for its convenience, though a few note limited walking access to attractions. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some complaints about odors and housekeeping frequency. Noise from traffic and smoking areas is a recurring issue for several guests. Breakfast and club lounge experiences are positively noted for variety and quality. Overall, the hotel excels in hospitality, but improvements could be made in cleanliness and noise control.
