Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's service, highlighting the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with several reviewers naming staff members who went above and beyond. The location is considered convenient, with easy access to shops and attractions. Some guests find the hotel to be a good value for the price, especially when considering the facilities and amenities. However, there are repeated complaints about small room sizes and cleanliness issues, including reports of dirty rooms and pests. While some rooms are described as spacious and comfortable, others are found to be cramped and not as advertised online. Overall, while service and location stand out as positives, room quality and cleanliness are areas for improvement.
