Very nice hotel . Very quiet location , while it is easy to reach by car and public transport. It lies near to a parc like cemetery. Breakfast is great and staff is very friendly and helpful.

Everything else was perfect. Room was clean, spacious and facilitated our needs. The staff were very keen to help wherever needed and in a friendly manor. They also made us feel very welcome and important. On departure, got offered bottled water for the journey. Very personal touch which we thought was good.

Everything is quite good: staff, room, facilities. About breakfast: you get what you pay, so do not complain and remember that there's no other place to go in the nearby.
There's nothing to see in the surroundings. It is better to arrive by car, otherwise it's a short walk either from any of the subway lines, that with nice weather is enjoyable but I canmot imagine walking that distance under the summer sun. If you will be working or fooling around in Dortmund downtown better rent a car.
