Pros: The reception staff were lovely and very helpful getting the one person to the hospital and came with flowers and get well cards. The resort medical staff were also very nice.
Cons: Unfortunately after having not left the hotel for 36 hours and having eaten nothing but the hotel food 3 out of our party of 4 got food poisoning. One person had to go to the hospital due to the severity where it was diagnosed. This was a very expensive place that you would not expect to get food poisoning. The 3 people who had the food poisoning were the same people who shared the dishes at the hotel restaurant 12 hours before they got very sick. We spent the entire stay having to stay near the bathroom. The staff tried to say it was because we weren't used to the heat or the climate.....we live a 1 hour flight away in Malaysia. It was not the climate and was diagnosed as a biological. Although we did not ask for any kind of refund or compensation, I'm still shocked that no one higher up in the company came to speak with us or offer us anything.

Pros: The breakfast was beyond my expectations. The room was way more luxurious and spacious than I thought it would be. It was so large, I actually asked the staff if my room took in all of the space. Also I have never experienced a room with my own private pool. Staff were always prompt when requesting transportation. I experienced only one mechanical issue, and I have experienced issues in other resorts from time to time. But the engineer responded quicker than any other property and solved the issue on the spot, leaving me time to enjoy the room and pool.
Cons: The power trimming or power blower causing noise disturbance outside of my room started a bit early for me. I believe that it was about 08:00 am on a Sunday. I think a more appropriate time should be after 10:00 am

Pros: The location is farther away from Phuket Town, some people might like that. But, the surrounding area is more peaceful, cleaner, and overall had more character than Phuket Town and the touristy beach areas, which just seemed like a typical beach town. At night, street vendors of both food and souvenirs set up on the road right outside the hotel. The area has a ton of character. We were here for my Birthday and my fiancee told the front desk. They went above and beyond making the day special delivering a cake to our room and decorating our bed with fresh flowers and an towel- elephant. It was an amazing experience!!!
Cons: It was very hard to get taxis in Phuket, but that didn't have anything to do with the hotel. Small critique- don't get the "crunchy" bacon. It seems to be the "soft" bacon from the previous day cooked again.

Pros: Location was a a 30-min drive from Patong Beach which ensured that the crowds were less. The hotel was very good, the sea view across from the room was fantastic and the staff was very polite and helpful. The travel desk guy arranged outings to Elephant Jungle Sanctuary and Phi Phi Islands at very competitive prices. Breakfast was very good and two swimming pools (one on roof top) made it very attractive for family. We had access to private beach of sister hotel which was very nice

Cons: Absolutely nothing. Only possible thing is, if kids are very screechy at the pool, it can be uncomfortable for all the other guests. People need to relax and read etc. Without the bombardment of constant screaming. The family could be told to take them off down to the kids pool by the beach. Think staff might be a bit intimidated to request this action.

The food from the restaurant is amazing, the breakfast is really complete, with a lot of options. When we arrive they updated us to another room, with direct acess to the pool. But a ‘private’ poil, only 8or 10 bedrooms can have acess to it. If you dont want to spend money in the restaurant (prices kind of high), you have a restaurant at the beach(not a hotel’s restaurant), with a seaview, with better prices

Pros: This little gem sits on the side of the hill overlooking beach and the quaint boats and yachts. The pearl farm has its blue and white boxes bobbing in the water out to the distance. The experience is phenomenal. I thought Santorini was the best vision I had but this one just trumped it. The beach is gentle the sand clean and the villas stunningly clean and perfectly appointed. Your own pool to while away in after you are done with the beach. The food is sensational. We chose to do the beach dinner and is incredible value for money . Choice of seafood or meat ! Wow ! We opted for seafood and loved every mouthful. Done miss this gem or you will be sorry.

Cons: As it was low season there was construction works going on for the hotel so no loungers by the beach and a very noisy lot of building works which was a shame, but understandable from their point of view as less guests than other parts of the year.

Pros: The reception staff was very helpful and friendly. We got the villa with pool sea view, it was good size for us. The best thing I liked about my villa was that i was just 1 min walk away from the beach. No need to take any lifts or walk for too long.
Cons: ROOM CLEANING : The staff was not professional in cleaning the room at all. Our bed had a fence on the side (for style) and when laying down i could see cobwebs. They forgot to give us towels. The staff only cleaned and organised things in the room the room that belonged to the Hotel itself. All our personal stuff was left laying around , nothing was organised. They didn't take away the empty water bottles either. BREAKFAST : We called room service for two days. They messed up our breakfast on both days. 1st day, they added items in the breakfast which weren't listed on the menu. When i asked them to change, they happily obliged but left half of my breakfast to get cold. Second day, they gave me kid portion and when i asked them the reason, they just went to change my breakfast portion and then left the other half portion of my breakfast to be cold. Pool : I called the hotel to refill water in our pool. It took them 1 hour and 4 phone calls before someone showed up to my villa for refilling water.

Pros: Nice private villa with room safe and kettle. The Beach Bar is a lovely location, cheap beer and food, (big Leo only 90 Baht and lots of chicken , beef and pork dishes 80 -100 Baht), but you do need transport to get there, its too far to walk.
Cons: Location is a bit remote if you don't have transport and taxis are expensive. A 7/11 and one restaurant within walking distance, not much else. On the website and their info brochure states free shuttle to Beach bar. We asked to be taken and was informed by the new boss (Bobbi has left) that it's the drivers day off. So they rented us a motorbike for 200 Baht daily rate. When we asked the next day we were told by the same lady boss that actually as they are now nothing to do with the Beach Bar they would not take us. So we rented a motorbike again. We asked to book a taxi back to Phuket town on the last day and the lady boss said we have our own taxi which will be 400 Baht, the same as the others charge. When we confirmed the time they said it will be 500 Baht ! I said no problem we will get one from outside and the price dropped to 400 again...... Also requested a late check out on our last day and was told we would have to pay for a full day even though we only saw one other guest staying there.

Pros: Very comfortable double bed and a lovely hot shower whenever either was needed. Semi-private patio/balcony area, ideal for reading a book or simply contemplating life :-) It is very peaceful and relaxing with its own pool and the "locals" are very friendly as one would expect in a rural setting in Thailand. When I was there (October 2018) for 3 weeks, there was new management with grand ideas for the future, which I hope they manage to do without taking away the simple charm of Sansuko Ville. This property is located in a small, predominantly Muslim village called Klong Mu Dong, within walking distance of many local amenities, and certainly 10-30km away from the hustle and bustle of Phuket Old Town or Patong. Well worth hiring a car if you wish to travel, although there are Scooters onsite for hire at a very reasonable 2-300 Thai Baht per day. I travelled as a single person, but there was no issue with me bringing back a new friend to stay overnight or for breakfast in the morning. Room cleaning is 24/7 and all dependent on when (or if) you bother to leave the room. I doubt if I have spelt their names correctly, but Tukta the Manager/Owner is very accommodating ie should you wish a bottle of beer with breakfast :-) or stay up all night until the early hours of the morning talking and drinking. Nam and Li are the two lovely ladies who serve the beer, clean your rooms and generally help make your stay as relaxing as possible!!
Cons: It was the rainy season when I was there, so an essential piece of kit is Fly Spray!! Absolutely nothing the property management can do v nature itself, but useful nonetheless!!

Pros: For Vegetarian travelers, it is horrible. The staff at restaurant lack english language understanding. The hotel is located very remotely. If you want to visit main hotspots or any other sight seeing or visiting famous shows or beach or pub crawl, please avoid this property. Stay at Patong or any near place to enjoy fun. Travel to nearby areas from this property is a real problem. You need to shell out around 1000 THB on both way which is very high. I missed my pub crawl booking due to its extremely remote location. For couple who wants to enjoy without any pollution or a calm environment, this is the place.
Cons: Breakfast needs to be improved. The requirement of Indian guests shall also been considered and improved.

Pros: The property is beautiful, bungalow rooms are amazing , the setting is relaxing, rooms spacious and beds are super comfortable with excellent linen. Toiletries are all provided and the balcony is a great option. Breakfast is fair if you choose to pay extra as we did but limited. Massage is the best I have had in Thailand and the price is cheap for the great quality and ambiance. Happy hour at lunch and dinner times makes drinks very affordable and the pool are is beautiful.
Cons: Hotel rooms on the lower level are a nightmare if you have energetic neighbours above you , kept us awake 2 nights in a row .. bungalow is a much better option. The restaurant food was great but menu very limited considering the hotel is too far to walk for any alternative food. Also if you arrive late as we did there is no option for food other than a taxi to 7/11. The beach is nice but no option for swimming although they do have kayaks and paddle boards for high tide.

Pros: Really loved this place! The stay was great and the staff was so nice and helpful, she was able to pick up our laundry for us as we had booked a tour. Room was so clean and was a big space, the bed was made everyday. The location is perfect, you can go to a lookout which is 10 minutes away and also food and markets are also 10 minutes walk away.
