Cons: Sadly we went there during the Ramadan, then we couldn't drink anything by the pools, because the bars were all closed during the day. The city has not so many attractions so we stayed at the hotel most of the time.

Cons: The only disadvantage I could see, it was not easy to reach the hotel because of the current constructions going around at this time. The sign board for the hotel, was not giving a full attention. it took me several tries to properly allocate the hotel using a car.

Cons: Was very disappointed with the selection of drinks available in the club room. My son enjoys a scotch whiskey or a bacardi, neither of which were available. After asking at reception they did manage to provide bacardi for him but never came good with the whiskey. Couldn't quite understand why as scotch was clearly available in other areas of the hotel. Paid a lot of money to include the club room and this did put a damper on our holiday. If we had known before hand then we would not have booked this hotel and consequently won't be booking it again.

The way of payment for breakfast was very old ones from the stone age by coupons , and if you forget to bring your coupons to the restaurant for breakfast you will be investigated , is this a hotel or a police station . you are treated by the hotel staff that you came to beg not as a respected residence. No manors at all .

Cons: Shower drainage was blocked I think, some water overflowed into the bathroom. Also a couple of times the toilet flush malfunctioned so the flush mechanism was constantly running, but the floaters just stayed there. Luckily the cleaning staff sorted it out instantly.

Cons: I think the hotel needs some renovating. The furniture and design of the room looked like we were in the year 2000. I was expecting a bit more from a 5 star hotel like Hilton. Instead it looked more like a 3/4 star hotel. I did not like that the guy who prepared shisha's near the pool bar, didn't bring us disposable mouth tips. I saw that this happened to all the guests that were smoking shishas, which was not hygienic at all.

Cons: My AC didn’t work, which in Doha, is a nightmare. My room wouldn’t get cooler than probably 73 degrees Fahrenheit. I called the front desk and they were quick to send a repairman to my room, but he said the AC was working fine. Sleep did not happen that night as it was too hot.

Cons: 1st of all.. they pictures shows on booking.com is for illustration. Its far away from reality!! The bathroom smells bad, requested to clean again. They came and they pretend to clean it while the dirt is still there after they left. An hour later the smell went bad again for the whole night stay. It stinks. The fridge is not working... they changed it after long time. They room key did not work when i wanted to enter my room, i used the phone on the floor to contact the reception, they asked me to come back personally to collect the room key!!! As no one is available to help as they claim. After requesting "paid room service which is flowers " they did not provide it.. and they amend it by claiming to send me a fruit basket, they send me a plate with 2 apple and 2 bananas!!! What a shame
