CLose proximity to our Detroit destination
Friendly personnel. Especially the valet out front and valet upon leaving. Great location.
Room was listed as a king suite. Not a suite at all. Just a room. Mini bar broken. One robe for two people. Not worth $261.00 for one night.
The location was excellent. Great area with lots to do. The front desk staff were excellent. Very friendly and quick service despite lots of people coming from the Lions game.
Some pre-arrival information would have helped. We drove around for about 45 minutes looking for parking because the entrance to the parking garage said it would be $50 to park. We called the front desk and they helped out. We pulled in the lot and our info was all on the system. It all worked out great but maybe having known that before driving there would have been helpful.
Updated, clean, friendly staff, walkability
Room was nice. No problems with the room.
Our room key was shut off from one day to the next even though we had the same room reserved for 2 nights. Had to wait in line for an hour to get the keys turned back on/reprogrammed. Key also did not work in the elevator which was needed to get to room.
