The location sucked.
I slept like a angel
The noise in the room down the hall but they took care of it
The rooms were very spacious
Manager Bobby did not find reservation made through booking, lacked customer service and was unprofessional. As a result my fiancee, was assaulted. A security officer was held back by another security officer, because he wanted to approach her in a violent manner, as they were escorting us out. This was the worst customer service interaction I've come across while trying to obtain a hotel room.
Location Downtown Detroit heart of Greektown is excellent. Staff was very good, fast, professional and pleasant.
Everything needs a deep cleaning. Valet Parking was $28 We thought parking garage across the street was $10. Surprise, Garage parking 9P-11a costed us $28 sign said $10 for a day! Fridge is hidden in a dresser, we did not know they had one til checkout
