This hotel has excellent location and every staff member we interacted with from front desk to housekeeping was super friendly. Pros (+) Clean and very close to the train station with restaurants, CVS, and Whole Food nearby. Bathroom was nice albeit the toilet and sink were too high for my kids.

Cons (-) Restaurant closed due to COVID. They charged me for parking despite the gates wide open for in and out. WHY? I didn't authorize the charge. Bed was super soft which really hurt my back. No additional comfortable chair in the room to sit in. Just a desk chair.

Cons (-) Missed a room make-up one day, but hotel management was responsive and made our stay enjoyable. Definitely would book again.

Pros (+) Hotel is pretty much brand new as of the time of this review. Very modern and hip. The bed was comfortable, room was very clean, staff was friendly. Check out is at noon which is always appreciated.

Cons (-) They charge $42 PER DAY for parking. We ended up parking a few blocks away at a parking garage which was only $10 because it was the weekend, but that would be over $30 if it were a week day. Also, they make it so you can't quite close the curtains all the way, which is always annoying.
