10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hacienda de Cortes is a beautifully maintained property with a lot of history. You can see and feel how the staff love this place. The service is sometimes slow but they are super attentive and the food is great.
Cons: We were a group of people and the service in the restaurant wound to a halt when a number of people ordered dinner at once. The good food mostly handmade and local made up for it though.

7.9 Good
Pros: Beautiful gardens, excellent food. The rooms and common areas are very clean. Lovely swimming pool. Nice, large rooms with comfy beds. Very quiet, an ideal place for a relaxing retreat.
Cons: The bathroom shower was dated and tatty. Service at the restaurant was very slow and waiters got the orders wrong at times, despite the fact that there were only a few customers. Staff were swift at rectifying and amending their errors, so this last point was not much of an issue.

5.1 Okay
Pros: Just how close it is to the highway and to the place where the weding we went to was.
Cons: They told us it was a suite, but it was a really weird one. Full glass doors, drapery that is not dark enough for mornings and that doesn't reach the floor, so you think someone is watching you. The first thing you see in the room when you enter is a kitchennette and an extra full size bed, judt in front of the regular bed. It was really a weird room and it was also the first one from the entrance so you can hear the bell ringing each time a guest arrives or leaves. Not a good hotel for its price.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: When quiet, the hotel is really nice and the restaurant quite good.
Cons: I booked 2 nights through booking and when I arrived there was a 300 person dinner. It lasted until midnight, which wasn't too bad but the clean up was noisy until 2 am. 10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was hotel was fantastic, I loved it. A beautiful traditional Mexican hacienda property with a boutique feel, with very warm and friendly staff. We went for an anniversary and they surprised us with a free dessert while we were at the pool. The room was very nice, clean, comfortable/large bed and had all the the amenities. LOVED the pool, beautiful and perfect for relaxing and sunbathing with pool chairs and cabanas. Very likely a new weekend getaway for us.

Pros: The gardens, pool & spa were beautiful! The quality of the food was mediocre. Could have been much better, was very disappointed.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful facilities, the setting is just great! It’s very well located and very comfortable. But the really best thing about it, besides the great food, is the superb service!
Cons: Nothing
6.7 Good
Pros: The room itself is really nice and has amazing decoration and mixture of traditional features with modern touches. The pool looked really nice as well and the restaurant is great.
Cons: The suite was lacking any amenities or toiletries. There are two sinks, a shower, and a huge tub, and all we got was one soap bar, one small moisturizer and one small shampoo for the whole thing. We also got a tissue box that had 1 tissue left, and only 1 roll of toilet paper. Would have also been nice to have a coffee maker, mini bar, or at least a room service menu in the room. Didn't seen well equipped for the price of the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All the staff clearly made providing excellent guest service a priority! They anticipated our needs and made this truly an exceptional experience!
Cons: We did not have WiFi in our room due to its location and the bar music on Saturday night was very loud and disruptive.

Pros: Loved the hotel and restaurant.
Cons: Did not like the music at the restaurant. Felt like it was trying too hard to be hip
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful facilty close to the center of town. Great staff!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Exquisitely clean. This is very important to me. The floors were so clean you could walk barefoot and not get a spec of dust on them. Everything was super clean.
Cons: The water pressure for the shower was low. An upgrade to the pump is overdue.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We loved Mario! He was so helpful with our questions about the city. The entire staff was great too! Rosa makes awesome margaritas and Jesus was very attentive and friendly. All the people in reception were very nice too and we loved meeting Samantha's dad Alvero who was our awesome taxi driver and impromptu tour guide! Also the location is great! Near to el Centro, and lots of other sights and museums.
Cons: The only complaint we would have was that it was slow to get hot water. We should have mentioned it to Mario or the staff but it just wasn't that important over all. However it might be a deal breaker for other guests.

Pros: Ambiance, food, location all very good. Staff attentive especially in restaurant.
Cons: Stairs in room. Bathroom to bed had 2 steps. Dangerous at night.

Cons: Can't think of anything - maybe that the rooms are access through the restaurant which is a little weird when it's packed for lunch - but that's how it is I guess.

Pros: Don Carlos is the best host! He made us feel at home! He was so caring and making sure our stay was the best. When Don Carlos heard I was feeling sick he took me to the doctor and several times he took us in his car to various places to make sure we would be ok. For someone looking for a quiet and friendly environment this is certainly the place. Martha

Cons: There was nothing that I didn’t like.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The location is great away from noise, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast delicious... also the owner kindness was priceless!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and warm the owner of the hotel is. Carlos greeted me by name when I arrived even though we had never met, and he treated me like a friend, and we had a great conversation about living in small-town Mexico. His small family-run hotel is very warm and inviting. The room size is good, and the neighborhood is friendly. The bed was comfortable, and there was internet and cable TV. The hotel is a 5 minute taxi ride from the historical center of the city. This is excellent value for money. I'd definitely stay here again if I returned to Cuernavaca, and I just wish I had more time to visit.
Cons: Can't really think of any.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Carlos is an awesome host! Breakfast was great.
Cons: It is impossible to find the B&B on Google Maps. You will have to call and meet Carlos somewhere nearby and he'll lead you in. There's no way to control the hot water. It's either scalding or freezing.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Don Carlos, the owner, is a wonderful host and really thoughtful and attentive. It is also amazing value for money and we wouldn't hesitate to return.
Cons: We loved everything!
7.5 Good
Pros: Host was very kind, despite the wrong location marked in booking.com he was aware of the issue and helped me to get to the hotel facilities very easily. The breakfast was fresh made with high quality products. And the facilities were comfortable enough, like an old family house.
Cons: The location was not properly marked in the page. The hotel is only having an entrance with low security and there is no key for your room. Finally the invoice system is very slow and the accountant services are provided by a relative that is not in the facilities, the worst thing is that this girl responsible for the accounting had typos in the very first invoice and took her two weeks to fix it. A big problem if you have to present a full report of your expenses to a company that prepaid your travel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The host, Carlos, is charming and diligent !!!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely B&B, about 25 min walking distance to the center (there is also a bus running). Very friendly and helpful host!!! Clean charming rooms, also a pool. Good breakfast!!! I would not stay anywhere else in Cuernavaca.
Cons: n/a

Pros: We appreciated the warm welcome of the bellman Mr. Rodriguez, he was very helpful with whatever help we needed. Junior suite had a good size and was very quiet. Excellent breakfast buffet offering a big variety of dishes. The hotel is definitely in need of renovation, but we actually enjoyed the charm of the 70ies.
Cons: We had booked the junior suite but were given a standard double room, after our complaint the room was changed. During the booking process it was stated that breakfast is included for all bookings, which was not the case.
7.5 Good
Pros: The facilities: gardens, pool, tennis courts.
Cons: Rooms could be improved; they are outdated. Food at the restaurant isn’t good, although the sitting in the open is great. Also, playground for toddlers could be updated too.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful place all facilities are surrounded by trees, gardens, fountains. The staff is amazing and friendly
Cons: We liked everything, the only thing I can mention to be improved is the gym as the equipment is a bit old, anyway the running machine was good
5.4 Okay
Pros: The garden was amazing!
Cons: The staff was not great and I had a poor breakfast.
7.9 Good
Pros: Rooms were big and bed very confortable
Cons: The service at the restaurant could be better; Waiters did not showed up frequently so was annoying to go after
7.9 Good
Pros: Location has a good maintenance, green areas amazing and rooms super clean
Cons: Pool area needs to improve, there are not enough pool Lounge chairs, tables, there weren’t towels. Stafff answer after waiting 4 hours for towels was there is holiday weekend we can’t do anything just wait for vendor deliver
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The food was excellent, the rooms were really clean, the staff was great, the outdoors, gardens were amazing.
Cons: I was ready to give an excellent review but I didn't. I came with my mom who is 85, She couldn't use the bath tub. the tub was extremely high, not safe for anyone, not even for me. Also, I told them that she could not walk and it took a lot of work for one of the staff to bring her all the way to the room. She didn't even wanted tot go out. Also, we made a 3 minute phone call and one of the staff Jesus who I spoke the night before I asked how much they were going to charge me for a short call, he said 5 pesos pair minute, but as soon as checked out he said that the system was showing that we made a call for 30 minutes and the charge was $267.50 pesos. I was really mad. Jesus ( at the front desk )did not acted in a professional way, he was doubting what I was saying. I reminded hem that I also asked him if it was enough by us hanging the phone and will be disconnected and not been charge. Also, the play room was really dusty and no games to play/no table games. AT the end of the stay it was mentioned that they could send us a chair so we can take a shower... a chair doesn't work. The tub is extremely high for everyone. I wanted to go back, but I wont , only because of the tub.
7.9 Good
Pros: I grabbed an opportunity on a booking sale, I liked the location of the hotel the grounds and gardens are beautiful, the pool was warm, the room and hotels are old but well kept, didn’t try the food to be honest.
Cons: Mainly the staff lack of service attitude, they are always expecting to get a tip, if there is no tip, there is a bad face. The TVs at the room are so small and far from the bed that we couldn’t read the subtitles.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the location and that it was near to an aunt who lives in Cuernavaca. The staff was so nice and very attentive at anytime day or night. Our room was spacious and included a patio! Great for late coffee
Cons: I did not like that the rooms did not have a microwave or a fridge where we could store refreshments and snacks since it did not include free breakfast.
7.9 Good
Pros: The hotel was big and the room spacious. The main entrance looks good but the architecture and style of the entrance, differ from the ones at the rooms. It was quite cheap compared to other hotels of the zone
Cons: It is just one coffee, one orange juice and one piece of bread (plain) . For 120 pesos I think they could offer something a little more substantial. In a good restaurant at least scrambled eggs for that price. If you go to a vips, that is around the corner you eat complete breakfast for less than that. The rooms are hidden and a little separated from the entrance. I waited for 20 minutes for someone to take me to my room and then walked up into a maze of rooms, that looked like i moved to a different hotel. The place was empty when I arrived. I booked a room that had a terrace with a garden view. They gave me one that had none, the view was to the parking lot and the main road. Also the room next door was noisy and smoking so you could hear and smell everything they did. I got the hotel last minute cause I had to stay overnight at the city. When I entered I got... That look that makes you feel uncomfortable when you know they don't really like you being there. But that's only a feeling I got when I entered.

6.7 Good
Pros: The property is just beautiful
Cons: The internet did not work in our room, the people in the pool did not close the account and they ran after us, as if we were thieves, it would be better to add the pending items at checkout. The mattress was really hard. At night there no light to walk, we hurt ourselves trying to get in the room

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property is beautiful. The gardens are what Cuernavaca is known for. Being in this hotel makes you feel relaxed. Unfortunately I did not have more time to enjoy it.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent service. Staff was prepared with enough umbrellas 'cause it had been raining all night. Brunch buffet had plenty of options for everyone. Overall, it's a great place to relax. Apparently, they have painting classes too. Great decor all over the place (nice sculptures and trees).
Cons: Beds could be a bit more comfy. Having an extra sofa would've been useful. Perhaps changing blinds for curtains where the jacuzzi would make it cozier.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lavish gardens, full of statues, restaurant al fresco and a friendly staff.
Cons: Everything’s cool.

6.3 Good
Pros: Great beds !
Cons: Those dark brown/black carpets in the rooms and in the halls should be changed to lighter colours.
6.7 Good
Pros: Good rooms.
Cons: Very little bathroom space. Bar by the pool had staff problems, I requested a beer like 4 times and during my 3 hours at the pool I NEVER received it.
7.5 Good
Pros: For small children the place is really good - enjoyed a lot the swimming pools.
Cons: I would invest a bit in the menu for restaurants, to have more options for lunch/dinner.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great rooms and shower.
Cons: Don´t go there if you want to sleep well: they´ve changed the mattresses for bland ones with a latex foam cover -perfect for sweating and ill sleeping in Cuernavaca-, and the fire alarm flashes wake you up every 30 seconds. Plus, the pillows are too high. Wonder how a child can sleep there. It´s a pity: this hotel did have perfect bedding fiver years ago: firm beds and a choice of pillows.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Food and facilities.
Cons: Staff was a little confuse with service at breakfast. Over the weekend we saw that the room were not clean early, at 5-6 pm the room was still not ready.

Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were SO helpful and friendly, the grounds lovely, the food was delicious, and the bed super comfortable.
Cons: There's no place to put soap or shampoo in the shower, which makes it dangerous, as one has to lean over to pick them up from the floor. A simple shelf for this is needed, especially for us older folk.
7.0 Good
Cons: The maid took a dirty wet towel off the floor and laid it on my clothes!!! She also never replaced the waters!!

6.7 Good
Pros: Location, Staff and Price
Cons: The room was very old, it felt like a cheaper hotel. The food in the restaurant was pretty bad.
9.2 Excellent
Cons: The hotel is pretty loud. We were close to the kitchen and you could hear the kitchen starting to make breakfast at 6am. For me that was bad because I was on vacation. And really wanted to sleep in. The hotel (or our room) has no noise filters. You could hear people walking and talking on the hallway. Another thing, the water was 30 pesos, weird, we usually have complimentary water, especially where you need it because you can't drink tap water.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Confortable and located in a safe area
Cons: Quite a distance to the historical center of town. It was more a business hotel than for tourists wanting to get to know the city.
5.8 Okay
Cons: Poor internet wifi connection. Got more signal from the hotel next door, no internet signal in the lobby poorly in the room.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The Hotel is very well located, close to everything. the staff is helpful and friendly, the place is not overcrowded as it is a not very large hotel, bedding is comfortable, there are many choices for the buffet breakfast and what I tried was good, we also had dinner in, meals were good and prices affordable. All the place looks clean and well maintained. I would stay here again.
Cons: No complains at all, we liked the place and the staff.
