Some reviewers highlight positive experiences with the staff and service, though there are mixed opinions, with several complaints about slow or confusing booking processes and occasional rudeness. Cleanliness is a concern for a number of guests, particularly regarding rooms, linens, and bathrooms. Opinions on value for price are divided, with several guests feeling the hotel is overpriced for the quality and amenities offered.
