Nothing compared with 5 stars hotel Worst experience ever staff unqualified There is no charge station for a hybrid car
Good restaurants on the slopes
Staff. I sprained ankle and the driver noticed me getting ice on a plastic bag. Next time I saw him he had been to the chemist and got some ibuprofen cream and a proper ice pack. Great work. Didn’t get name it was the guy with the barda nero- black beard. Wanted to tip him but he then must have been on days off real initiative andcc CC service
Food in bar and room service same fatty and monotonous and not enough variation especially for Anglo Saxon child.
The room was pretty big and the bed comfortable. Lighting is white led, not cozy at all. Restaurant quality was good
We had to change three different elevators to get to the breakfast. The spa is small and the day we went was very noisy because of childrens swimming in the pool, even though the access was prohibited to under 16's. We never faced a less welcoming recepcion: Grumpy and with no care at all for the customers.
Reception service was poor. No one knew the town at all - where to rent skis, which lift was best to start from. The shuttle service was almost never available and for a hotel that is out of town, I believe this was unacceptable. Room was modern and comfortable. Bathroom has beautiful big tiles, wooden furniture and a walk in shower. Problem was that the shower temperature kept fluctuating from very hot to cold and the water poured out into the rest of the bathroom as the shower tray invert obviously was not sufficient which meant we had to lay out towels on the floor to mop it up. Food at the restaurant was terrible for dinner - service from the waiter was probably the only good thing about the hotel.
