Cons: Room is MUCH SMALLER than it looks online. No hot water in the morning. Room sort of smelled. Breakfast area was way two small to accommodate.
We were there for USAFA in processing so the hotel was full and the facility just couldn't accommodate that many people.

We didn't ask for anything crazy, but they were just very helpful and friendly. You can tell the hotel hires good people and gives them some rope to make decisions on their own. Just so nice to have good customer service these days.

Poor television reception and on demand not available. Food was over priced and mediocre at best. I've had better stays at budget motels.

Took the water about 5 mins to warm up. The water had a STRONG chlorine smell to it. Almost made you gag brushing your teeth. The heater is either hell or heaven. Not really an in between. The rooms had an “older” smell to them. Didn’t smell like a typical hotel and that was a detriment. The tv remote and tv were severely outdated and need to be improved. The volume on the ESPN channel didn’t work at all. The headboard squeaked every time we tossed and turned. Other than that, worth the money and a good stay.

Cons: Extra large flat screen TV lovely BUT the cable stations came in so terribly that it was totally unwatchable. This was especially true with the childrens' channels which was one of our primary needs for a hotel space. Pay per view available but too expensive considering the premium price paid for the room.. Called the desk to see if there were solutions and were told it was often like that and nothing could be done. Extremely disappointing for the children and therefore uncomfortable for the adults.
Meal options other than breakfast not great, bar very minimal.

Cons: It was a little loud. Kids running and no supervision of kids exercise room. The Mom was there just no supervision. Staff can't police poor parenting.

Cons: I don’t think they should have the Ten Commandments outside the front door pushing their beliefs on people. Also, the lobby is cramped, especially in the breakfast area. There also needed to be a variety of foods available from one day to the next and a toaster.

There was a massive stone tablet of the Ten Commandments at the front entrance. I don't mind a Gideon's bible in the desk drawer, but this was over the top.

Pros: My boyfriend and I stayed for a few days at the Comfort Inn to visit family in town. I chose Comfort Inn because it had a good deal at the time. I would recommend the Comfort Inn for people who are looking for a convenient hotel that don't care about looks of the hotel. No lie, it's looks slightly shabby, however we were treated well by the staff. Breakfast was ok, what made it awesome was the waffle maker. :D Suprisingly, Wifi in the room was actually good. The bed was very nice and cool. Overall I give this hotel a 3 out of 5.

I would like to see hotels have this information updated on their websites, at least. In this day and age, we shouldn't have to call a property to verify the things on its website.

Cons: Pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable. Of the 5 nights we stayed in the hotel, housekeeping came by to clean our room only twice, and left the door to our room open all day/night during one of those times!

Cons: The chlorine smell on the first floor and the cigarette smell on the second floor were over powering and offensive. There is some obvious items in Ned of repair. With COVID where was the hand sanitizer user at each floor at the elevators?

Cons: When we checked into our first room it looked like it had not been cleaned well. We pulled out the sofa bed and there was trash all over and the sheets had not been changed. Breakfast is free but you had better use your discount and go to the Village Inn next door.

Cons: We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel, our sheets were dirty and stained on both beds, when we requested extra linens they brought them to the door; did not offer to remake beds or apologize. The bathroom had mold growing in the shower and under the sink where we found roaches crawling around in the morning. Our toilet broke in the morning and the maintenance man told us not to use so much toilet paper, when it had not even been used yet. there was a bad smell that lingered in the room and the air conditioner was not consistent; blew hot air then freezing air then hot air again. The pool area was not well monitored and there were multiple people smoking and carrying on until late into the night when the pool was supposed to close at 10 pm. All in all we were very disappointed in what we paid and the quality of the hotel. I WOULD NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cons: The customer service was horrible they do not have enough staff. Our bathroom was plugged n we had to unplugg it. Breakfast ended at 9 and food was gone by 8. Rooms are dirty. Too expensive. We would of been better off staying at motel 6 cheap dirty n bad customer service.

Cons: We experienced 85 mph winds one night and the door whistled loudly until I found that by rolling up a towel and putting it at the bottom of the door the loud noise would stop.

Cons: The tub wasn't clean and you can't smoke anywhere on the property. The breakfast milk was sour, the cereals were stale, the toaster is old and slow, the waffle maker was old and didn't work properly, the waffle batter tasted old and made mushy nasty waffles, and even the fruit wasn't ripe, the bananas were lime green and hard. We were very glad to go home.
