Cons: Valet parking only ($20.00) was a little difficult especially if you forgot something in your car as you would need to have the valet retrieve the item. Wish they had onsite parking but we adjusted and the $20.00 is nothing compared to what you would pay in San Francisco.

Pros: Lynn was so welcoming and accommodating and you can tell she really loves her job. She upgraded our room upon arrival and made sure we were comfortable, had parking and knew the security codes so we could come and go as we pleased. The upgraded room was fantastic! It had a jetted tub, super comfortable bed, and a parlor with a fireplace and balcony! Breakfast served in the morning was home made and delicious. She even shared her french toast recipe with me :-) The location is safe and convenient, we walked just a few blocks to a downtown area with shopping, bars and restaurants and experienced no problems. When in the area, I will definitely stay here again.

Pros: The bed was like a cloud. I was very pleased with the comfortable bed and pillows. I felt we received a bottom of the line room though for the price we paid. I feel we didn't receive our monies worth at all. We had absolutely no view of the city, but they have a nice rusty looking air conditioning unit on the roof with a Dish unit. . . that was the city view they had for us! The air conditioning unit banged all night like someone was hitting it with a hammer. The parking cost an extra $17.00/day! We spent a whopping 1500+ to stay at a hotel that had no better accommodations than Best Western, which would have been much more economical. Oh yes, they did have a fantastic workout facility. They had two pools but we were not allowed to swim in the outdoor pool because they had it closed the whole time. We won't be staying at a Wyndam Hotel again. . . that's definite!

Pros: The staff was awesome! The bedroom was vacuumed & beds made nicely, but VERY dusty!! found toy behind tv on floor - not cleaned in any corners!
Cons: - the rooms were dusty, though basically clean. - we were given a utility kitchen ( a whole room ) because I had requested a refrigerator. This room was dirty - wall & light fixture not cleaned, microwave dirty - room is general poor condition - breakfast bare essentials but OK

Pros: Centrally located within walking distance of restaurants. The pool was heated and salt water! This was not advertised or known until we got in!
Cons: Breakfast was frozen waffles and cereal.

Pros: Staff was very friendly. Due to golf tournament I had no other lodging choice to come in under a reimbursement rate I was allowed. Honestly not a terrible stay but way below what I would consider average.
Cons: The rooms stank of smoke although labeled non smoking. Room was clean; however, towels (although washed) had stains and the occasional peice of someone else's hair on them. Shower curtain was falling apart.

Pros: The breakfast was bad, and the area too small, right in the office with 3 little tables for little kids not adults, not acceptable! Now, we picked the hotel only for the location and the location was great for the purpose of our trip.
Cons: the breakfast area and in general the facilities, it is a very old motel , it should be really teared down and a new hotel built . The shower head was a disgrace, the bathtub filled 6 inches with water as the drain wasn't working properly and the amount of water flowing to the shower head was minimal. Not acceptable!

Pros: I did not like anything about this facility. It was close to the college but my daughter and I did not feel comfortable or safe.
Cons: The rooms smelled terrible. The linens were stained and did not look clean. There is no way we would use the bath. The UBER driver said it was a drop off for the homeless. People were hanging around the guest rooms and looking in the windows. Staff were rude and unconcerned about our discomfort.
