Pros (+) Bed was confortable. Facilities were clean and well maintained
Cons (-) If you need the shuttle to the Juárez airport, they do not have it available “upon request” like they mention on their page. The shuttle is only available after 12 pm. So make sure you call the property before making a non refundable reservation. Otherwise be prepared to make extra charge for travel arrangement. The person at the counter was not that friendly... didn’t make me feel welcomed, made ...

Pros (+) Only thing that was tolerable was the breakfast.
Cons (-) The gym is horrible. All most all the equipment is broken. And what was not broken , would shock me while using it. The most of the staff was rude.

Pros (+) I highly recommend this hotel because the staff is super polite and courteous. Our hotel room was clean and its location is great; its walking distance from the american consulate, restaurants, and a shopping mall. My wife and I enjoyed our stay at microtel.
Cons (-) Our room smelled funky, the breakfast was OK, I paid close to $400 dollars not pesos but dollars for 5 days. Which I thought was a little steep.
