Frankly we didn't feel welcome! Customer should be centric for everyone in the hotel , however that didn't appear so.
The bed is comfortable. The bathroom large and modern. The window shade was nice.
I like everything about the hotel, especially the location. My mother lives across the street and my sister lives a block away.
I hate the resort fee. It's just a way of trying to make the room look less expensive than it really is. I would much rather be told what the room costs without the bull.
The entire experience was positive. The staff was helpful and welcoming, the rooms were well appointed with comfortable beds and the bar was terrific.
Parking is very expensive even if you self park.
