Pros (+) Great location, beautiful architecture, clean and comfortable.
Cons (-) Only 2 of the 3 elevators were working. Wish the martini bar and restaurant had been open, ended up walking around the corner to the Starbucks inside the Westin every morning for coffee.

Pros (+) um your staff was very rude to me and my guests and using there white privilege to be racist and racial profiling and your hotel sucks and your staff needs to be fired thank you.
