The spa was awesome. All the staff was fantastic! The entertainment was enjoyable.
It is very expensive. It would be nice to have a less expensive restaurant/bar in the hotel.
Everything from the staff at the entrance door to the check in desk to the maid service was done in a friendly and professional manner.
I honestly cannot recall any issue I did not like.
Great stay at the Peninsula. Everything was great from the room to the staff to the facilities. In particular the staff that cleaned the room were amazing. The little touches like providing me with a cleaning cloth for my glasses to a bookmark for my book were fantastic. Great care and attention to detail. Well done to all.
