Hotel staff were not clear with instructions or attentive. I called to have a bell hop bring us a cart at check out and after waiting 15 minutes we just carried them down ourselves.

Cons (-) Extremely crowded and very noisy ( possibly because NHL draft weekend) - it was almost like a busy fish market with so many people crammed in the lobby.. we had hard time navigating through the crowd to reach elevators on both days.
