Avoid this hotel at almost any cost! What you think you're paying is not your final charge. They have an absurd 40$ "amenity fee" along with a 10% "reservation processing fee" which may or may not be disclosed by the travel site you book through. Pros (+) The service was great and the roof top bar was also pretty wonderful.

Pros (+) The hospitality staff were incredible! Provided my sister and I with great information, scheduled us for a cruise that was truly informative, and obtained a dinner reservation on short notice. I can't say enough about how helpful and welcoming they were.

Pros (+) The location was excellent. Right off of Michigan Ave. The beds were comfortable.
Cons (-) The hotel needs some updates. The only thing that made it 'Hip and trendy" was the decor. We could see the light from the hallway shining through into our room because the gaps between the walls and the door was ridiculous. It was a built in night light. No information about the hotel was in the room either. Didn't know who to call or where to get anything. Glad we didn't pay more than what we did...
