Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, which is close to shops, restaurants, and highways. Some staff members were described as friendly and helpful, with a few going out of their way to accommodate guests. However, many reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms, stained furniture, and musty odors. Several guests experienced problems with the elevators being out of order, and some reported dissatisfaction with room size and amenities. Overall, while the location and occasional good service were highlights, cleanliness and maintenance need improvement.
