Did not eat at the property.
The staff that we encountered were the worst I have encountered in hospitality. This property carries the Marriott brand so I was expecting a high level of hospitality. We had two issues, one involving a slip fall in the bath tub and one involving the water being cut off without notice the next day. The slip in the bathtub was so severe that I thought someone had fallen down a flight of stairs. A call to the front desk was met with the most unprofessional staff member. He stated the property did not do incident reports and that we should have requested a bath mat. When we requested one after the fact he called back and said they don't give out bath mats. We tried to follow up after check out and asked the front desk clerk for the General Manager's name, She gave a first name and said she did not know his last name. She then after a further request for a business card came back with a front desk supervisor's business card. after three attempts she was able to get the general manager's business card for follow up. We requested from the Assistant General Manager that an incident report be filed. Now the water being turned off. We called down to find out why the water was off and was told it will be off for two hours and a notice was at the front desk. Upon check out after cleaning up with a bottle of water, the clerk who checked me in was asked why she did not tell me the water would be turned off. She asked, When did you check in? (You just checked me in last evening) I said where's the notice of the water being turned off? She said it's right there on the desk. (The clerk was suppose to hand the notice to each guest checking in.) I don't rummage through literature when checking in. The clerk Eryka had the most unconcerned attitude and simply said, Sorry. I started with Marriott as a dishwasher, worked Loss Prevention at several properties in multiple states and ended up as a Systems Manager at Corporate Headquarters.
The beds were very comfortable and soft. I slept like a baby. The rooms were very nice and clean. The hotel staff was very friendly.

The layout is friendly and warm. The room was inviting. The pool and exercise room was a plus. Also I loved the lounge area that also had a separate area for a group to watch the game. Nice touch on the snack area too.
