The address given is the train station, but the actual location is across the street and a little down the road. They asked me for advance information by email to speed the rental process. I provided it, but then they asked for the same information again at the counter. Even so, the rental was pretty quick and easy.10.0 Wonderful

The car supplied was new and clean, also the class was higher then initially ordered for the same price.Cons:
When I picked up a car I noticed that the price is 90 euro higher than the original order. It was told to me that its a "transfer fee" due to the fact that I was returning a car in different city. This fee was not specified in an initial online order that I made through Kayak. I had other choice but to pay it(looking for another rental for the same dame was not an option), buy left with a feeling of being scammed for 90 euro.10.0 Wonderful

I liked that I was able to contract an insurance through the your web page, with Jefferson insurance company, and covered in Spain with ALLIANZ. and at a reasonable rate of $ 135 for 14 days of useCons:
When I got to Santiago Budget informed me that with the insurance that I had, if I had an accident I would have to pay them for whatever damages and then I would have to be refunded my ALLIANZ. Obviously this was not an option, so I had to get the insurance that they provided which was far more expensive $ 415,85. I think this is very poor on behalf of budget, and the customer in your web page needs to be informed of this. We also filled the car in a gas station that was about 1 kilometer from the drop off before returning it, but was charged 21 euros for gas. Very strange.2.0 Poor

"office location" and "one way" fee charges unexpected as I booked specifying clearly pickup and dropoff locations. Also, I was informed that CDW was 24 euros and total coverage 28 euros, so I took total. But later in the invoice I noticed that CDW was indeed 11 euros. That is, I was misinformed intentionally to sell me the more expensive option. Also, both, pickup (Pontevedra) and dropoff (Santiago) representatives were plain rude.5.6 Fair

Kayak showed a van with 7 passenger with 3 bags rented with Budget. Actual reservation made by Kayak to Budget is a 5 passenger car + 3 bags or 7 passenger with no bag. Given that we were 7 passenger + bags we had no choice of renting a van with Europcar costing double the price of my reservation made 8 months in advance. Need a comensation.10.0 Wonderful

Great value by reserving online ahead of time rather than walking up to the gate. Very friendly and multi-lingual clerks for the most part!Cons:
The GPS we paid to rent powered up it didnt' actually connect with any satellites, so we had to navigate ourselves. It cost us a few minutes along the way. I wish they had taken the time to verify it was actually working before sending us out with the faulty unit.10.0 Wonderful
