Pros: The car was clean and plenty of room. One fill up we got 35 mpg.

Pros: Easy pickup and drop off.
Cons: The price that I was quoted when I made the reservation, was NOT the price when I picked up the vehicle. It was $100 dollars more when I picked up the vehicle.
The vehicle that I reserved online, was NOT the vehicle that was available when I picked it up. I reserved a luxury car, and received some type of SUV when I picked it up.

Pros: Quick checkin and check out. Great service. I would go there again - easy access. Had to get an upgrade as no small cars available - got a Toyota RAV4 - very nice driving.

No Cars Were Available
Pros: They called me the day of to let me know there weren't any cars available.
Cons: I booked online because it said there were cars available.

Pros: The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Parking lot was so full there was nowhere to park.
Cons: the car was not washed thoroughly during pickup.

Cons: Rented online for Enterprise pick up at the airport. Arrived and Enterprise said we booked at another location, we were a bit confused. The biggest perk from Kayak was pick up and drop off at the airport. Enterprise did not have a shuttle to the different location. We chose another rental car agency at the airport because it was cheaper than the car rental at Enterprise with the added taxi cost to and from new location. Disappointed with both Kayak and Enterprise.

Crappy Car and Service
Pros: The guy in the office says "Sign all this..." Part of which was the inspection. I haven't even seen the car yet at this point. He says, "Sign it anyway and it'll be fine," in his cool guy cocky way. The car was a mess and not even full of gas. Sorry to annoy you, dude, but I'm not signing for something sight unseen.

Cons: It took a while to get the car. I think they were having computer issues.
Pros: The car was comfortable, clean and a pleasure to drive.
Cons: When we picked up the car in Lansing, the guy behind the counter did not know what he was doing and it took a long time. We learned that the regular guy had to leave to take a car to somebody, so we understood but we did have to wait quite a while for the other guy to figure out what to do.

Cons: Cashier was not able to process credit cards, and gave unheard explanations. The car had uncomfortable seats.
