They would not rent me a vehicle because I did not have a credit card in my possession. So I had to call someone I new in that city to come and help me, by using theirs. Then when I turned it in, they never looked at the vehicle and automatically charged me for 2gals of fuel at $10 a gal. Then charged me a late fee for standing in their line, they have a drop box but who knows when they would have looked in it. So in the end they tried to charge me $400. for a $188 rental. I will not deal with them again.

Waited 1.5 hours in line before deciding to cancel and book with Alamo. Was completely backed up on Memorial Day weekend with only 1 person working (I felt bad for her!) Truly a mess.

We had to wait 3 hours from the time we got to the place to the time we got on our car , there where about 35 to 40 customers waiting in line with 1 lady doing her best to take 2 sometimes 3 customers at one time, got to the car and was dirty inside and out, like they just half azz clean it just o get it out. This will be the last time I use this company

The man running the desk was very slow. We stood in line for 2 hours. Each customer took about 20 minutes to process. Then they were out of cars, so we ended up with a 12 passenger van for the two of us. Not cool.Reservations shouldn't be confirmed if there are not enough cars. Once it's confirmed, customers should get what they reserved. There is no reason for the process to take so long. Over at the Alamo counter, people were zipping through.

The rental counter staff was friendly but the customer service and wishy information was poor.Better understanding of what can be given to people. Being 23 I understand I have to pay a fee to rent a car. Fully understanding and confirming I can get the rental I reserved only to be rejected at the counter with no other type of rental and way to my hotel room in an unknown due to my age was honestly the worst experience I could have. Budget needs to find a way for them to step in and get concrete facts of what can and cannot be offered at EACH rental counter. Being told that each rental counter has its own rules is good but please tell me that before I get there to pick the rental up so I understand how to get somewhere.

This was my first time renting a car from the airport, they were friendly and accommodating. I was super nervous, mostly because with the new COVID procedures. The only thing I wish I had done was do a little research about the whole process. I didn’t know I would just walk out to my car, I was terrified I was in the wrong car! (That was plainly marked, I just tend to doubt myself a lot) But everyone I dealt with was friendly and it really was a good experience!

The drop off was really easy. We were supposed to get a mini van and they just gave it away to someone else and tried to say the Nissan Pathfinder was com-probable to the mini van.Having the mini van we requested or upgrading us for your mistake, not downgrading us.
