Cons: This lady at the desk, tried to convince me to pay more than 1800 US dollars (insurance included) when the original price was 385 dollars, this was at the airport in Chihuahua Mexico, I was thinking twice the amount maybe, with insurance, but more than four times what Kayak said it would be, come on, that was a theft, left without the car, wasn't Payless was the system in Mexico I know, if I could complain and have that girl disiplined, it was so unprofessional and so stupid.
