Car was great. It was clean. Easy access at pickup.Cons:
Meetings cut short a day. Rushed back 75 miles to airport for a one day deduction. They would not credit because I prepaid in full for 2 days. Told me to call 800 number. They said same thing. Rules Rules. Rules. lol. Who reads the small print anyway. We just expect large national companies to treat us fair. They also told me at pick up that the 3rd party insurance purcjased from Kayak wold not be accepted and I would have to pay for any damages immediately and get reimbursed. They lost a customer. I asked them to remove me from Gold Rewards program. My new job requires a lot of travel but I will sign up with another rental company program with southern hospitality.2.0 Poor

The signage directing you were to return your call could've been better. You just park your car wherever you want, make note of the mileage and fuel. And take an elevator or stairs to the first floor and return your keys. There is nobody around.6.4 Okay

They were closed at our pick up time for reservation. I was stranded at the air port for a few hours trying to figure out a ride. The customer service was absolutely terrible with everyone we were contacted with. I will never go through this company again and will definitely spread word on my awful experience.10.0 Wonderful

More clear how to utilize toll roads. There was a sticker in the car about a box that didn’t seem to exist nor was I sure how they worked in that area or how to potentially pay for it in a rental.
