Hertz was OK but we paid double the price because of the insuranceCons:
I bought the full cover Insurance from cayak -Allianz but at heartz desc at the pick up they didn't recognised the insurance. In case of an accident I had to pay up to the total value of the car and then claim from Allianz. I didn't received any documents from Allianz when I booked and bought the cover so I was uncomfortable and I asked for the full insurance from heartz. I called Allianz and they didn't respond. I am not happy with kayak and Allianz. I definitely want a refund of the Allianz Insurance cost6.4 Okay

First of all, they change the vehicle from a compact Ford to a Opel SUV, without previous notice, which doubled the amount of fuel I had planned for the trip. Then, I just realized they charged an additional 27 dollars for insurance, and it was supposed to be included in the total amount I paid when I made the reservation. By the end, they tricked me into spending double the amount I was prepared for. I feel totally robbed, would have been cheaper in any other company10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
Dollar car rental turned out is a subdivision of Hertz. There were many unexpected charges and we are still not refunded our fuel deposit which is rather annoying. The pick up/drop off location is really far away from the actual branch. There is a bus taking you there but the wait and the cold on that day were things I would not like to go back to ever again. Contacting and customer service relations seem to be a mission impossible. When asked about the deposits, I was sent an invoice with completely different information than the one I had on initial receipt. Very disappointed, will try to avoid them for future.INTERRENT
