SERVICE?

Cons: The agent at the service counter had my reservation but had nothing prepared. Took almost an hour to get the car. Because I had an early morning flight, I asked repeatedly if they would be open. She assured me they would and the proper procedure. Of course nothing was open. The return check in was closed. The avis lot required a security code to enter. I left the car at the return check in,walked back to the airport, and put the key in the overnight return slot. Who knows?

Pros: Nothing

Cons: They didn’t respect the price mentioned in the reservation. They tried to invoice it at 470€ instead of 184€ because I’m an Algerian even though I have an international driving license. so I canceled.
