The Allianz insurance you can buy separately says Collision-Loss coverage, but the fine print says it doesn't cover collisions! I drove a very nervous 3 days for overpriced protection against storms and fires.2.0 Poor

Quick service, no fuss. Got the car I expected.Cons:
I did not like the fact that we had to clean the car before drop off. For the first time since we rented a car, we were warned that there was going to be hefty cleaning charges if the car was brought back dirty inside. We were stressed out about that so we stopped at a gas station before the return to vaccuum this inside. Not sure i would rent there agin because of that.Avis

Could not figure out how to start it. The women in the AVIS office laughed at me when I told them I couldn't get it started. Had to learn how to put it into reverse on the fly. The trunk would not stay locked.Sixt
