Pros: Car had good GPS system

Cons: When we reserved the renting it said Volvo XC60 or similar. The car we received was a VW Tiguan. I don' t really consider this to be similar. Don't think the Tiguan is a car in the class of the volvo XC60.

Everything worked out well

Pros: Enterprise office at airport in Billunf was very easy to find and get to. Prise was excellent The person at the desk walked me all the way to the car Car was brand new

Pros: Car had good GPS system

Excellent car

Pros: It’s rare to actually get a nice car when traveling the world of rental cars. But the last 2 times I rented a car from this Budget location in Billund, Denmark, I received excellent cars

Pros: Our check in and out were fast, and our price was even lower! I agree with previous comment about someone running through features, especially since in foreign country. Fun car for a week!!

Cons: Window sheild had a terrible film on it when we got it, need English manual

The worst kind of service

Pros: The reservation

Cons: The fact that the office was closed when i arrived. No contact phone number. No way to find anyone resonsible. Despite my paid reservation.

Over 1 hour queue to collect car but upgrade was good

Pros: Upgrade to a larger vehicle was great with the kids and luggage

Cons: Huge queue at arriving in Billund to collect the car which was a real anti climax to arriving. All the other rental desks were empty but the queues at Avis was about 15 people and process was very slow and we were waiting over 1 hour to be seen. We won't be going with Avis on our next visit to Billund have previously use Europcar and it was much quicker especially with 2 children under 4rs old a long wait is not easy.
