When someone is renting a one day, one way rental, 750 miles, in the mountain states, dead of winter, please don't give them the worst car you have, just because you don't want to loose a good local rental car! Best rate offered on the car we wanted, car was clean and we were given a good rate on refueling at return after we'd forgotten to fuel up.Cons:
The reservation claims they are 'in terminal' at Billings, MT (BIL) airport, but they are not in the terminal and are actually located downtown Billings. We had to call and wait 15 minutes for arrival. After pick up, you need to go to their office to sign paperwork. The return works the same way. Had to pay an additional $30 to leave the car in long term parking since the office was closed (at 3pm on a Monday) after being told they should have been open! Labor Day!
