6.4 Good (15 reviews)
4.0 Okay
Cons: I thought it was a non smoking room. It smelled like it was a smoking room. The ac was loud.
5.1 Okay
Pros: Had a pool and hot tub, friendly staff, price, worked with our late check in, quiet.
Cons: It looked as those someone slept on the sheets before us, and the hot tub was a darker yellow color probly because of improper chemical treatment is my guess still made me uncomfortable tho. Pillows were awful, the bed was comfortable tho. No fridge for our left over food.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly the room was comfortable and clean and it's affordable. Also is A great place for a convention or wedding banquet or family reunion
5.1 Okay
Pros: The main lobby was beautiful.
Cons: I got a room with a king size bed. It came with 1 pillow for the whole bed. The toilet paper in the bathroom was pretty much empty. Their wasn't enough to use once. Also getting into the room was a pain due to the bathroom door was open to the point of opening the main door it was hitting the bathroom door immediately. The bed was super uncomfortable. Not worth $100.00 a night. Plus the fire alarm went off when it didn't need to.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Restaurant open all. Day
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Consistant
Cons: Bathroom door needs planning in order to close easily
3.1 Mediocre
Pros: Coni the manager was an excellent host for the conference that we attended; despite power outages, etc free ice machine close to my room. I would like to return to the Radisson Billings and stay in the Executive Suite; as intended, comped.
Cons: the teenagers/young adults who managed the front desk lack professional training and the one who booked my room placed me in the wrong room. due to the technical issues with the electricity: I was never able to get the room that I paid for on hotels.com I spent $124 a night for the Executive Suite Atrium - double queen for THREE nights and NEVER was able to sleep in the room I paid for. After an eight hour day in a conference, I wanted to relax; but, instead I was on talking with hotels.com who would "call the Radisson" to try and resolve my issue. I spent three days in the far most room possible from the atrium. the door would jam every time one of us would use our keys. the room was dirty. there were suspicious looking teenagers and wanderers in the halls at all times of day. the room wasnt even worth $100 a night. The fixtures, carpeting and walls in the hallways were dirty, waving, or stained. there are light bulbs out. dead trees at every area in the parking lot. There are a lot of shananigans going on, in the back of the hotel with the some of the workers and/or people affiliated with workers (who shouldnt even be there). My back and neck still hurt from 4 people being crammed in the smallest/worst room in the place.

Pros: Downtown location
Cons: No refrigerator and no pool
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful property, great view from the room. Very classy.
Cons: Fridge & microwave are only available upon request. Very little counter space in the bathroom. Parking in the main lot is very difficult, although there is additional parking in a connected structure. It’s a bit of a mess to access though with all of the one-way streets downtown.

Pros: This hotel has a great location for getting to and around downtown!

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location. Great proximity to downtown.
Cons: There were a few disappointments with the room. I was under the impression my room would have a frig. No frig. We received no cookie at check-in. We received no complimentary drink ticket(s) at check-in. They made up the room yet didn't clean the shower.
7.1 Good
Pros: All the staff, from front desk to restaurant were amazing. Friendly and very helpful. A burned out bulb was replaced immediately after we called the front desk. The beds were comfy, as were the pillows.
Cons: The nightstands and TV stands had fairly large chucks of laminate coming off and the bed skirts were very dirty. Since the sink/mirror area is so small, they could use a small table and better lighting by the full length mirror so more than one person can get ready at a time.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location was great. Nice having the Starbucks right there.
Cons: Lots of road noise. Hot water took forever and tub was very slow to drain.
7.0 Good
Pros: Very nice Lobby. Staff was extremely accommodating and conversational.
Cons: Booked an executive King and only got a regular king room. Room has a slightly smoky smell as if someone who smoked stayed in the room.

Cons: The breakfast!!! The bacon was slimy, the “eggs” were cold. The two attendant in the breakfast room hovered, which made it very uncomfortable. I watched the one attendant fill her plate while guests were waiting. Can they not eat after their shift. She was rude. I asked about the coffee as it was flashing. It appeared as If I asked her for a million dollar, just plain rude. That’s her job, is it not??

1.0 Poor
Pros: Not much.
Cons: No ceramic coffee cups at breakfast. Noisy in hall at 3 am. Dog barking. Shower handle fell off and hit my toes. I've been an Honors member for a few years but will have to think twice about my next Hilton stay. This place did not meet the expected Hilton standards.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Nice clean place for a good value
Cons: This was by far the NOSIEST place I have ever stayed. Zero insulation in the walls so you hear every sound amplified like it’s happening in your room. You also here everything from the street even though we were on the 4th floor. Air conditioner and heater sounded like some was hitting it with a hammer. Nice little spot but, if you’re a light sleeper, stay somewhere else.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I like the location as it is central in Billings and I can have my dog. I wish there was a hot tub.
Cons: No hot tub.
