7.1 Good
Pros: Close to airport
8.3 Excellent
Cons: The mattress is too soft.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Nice clean place for a good value
Cons: This was by far the NOSIEST place I have ever stayed. Zero insulation in the walls so you hear every sound amplified like it’s happening in your room. You also here everything from the street even though we were on the 4th floor. Air conditioner and heater sounded like some was hitting it with a hammer. Nice little spot but, if you’re a light sleeper, stay somewhere else.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I like the location as it is central in Billings and I can have my dog. I wish there was a hot tub.
Cons: No hot tub.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was super! Karla helped us when we rolled in with it snowing. She gave us info on some things to do in Billings. The breakfast was good. The hostess brought out gluten free toast for us. Nice room. Fairly central location. Very pleased!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super boutique hotel. Very nice everything, close to good restaurants and bars. Convenient airport shuttle (TIP THE DRIVER!!)
Cons: The door closures are always the giveaway for a great stay. The doors start banging at 7am. People just have no clue, so the hotel has to take the reins - install grown-up door closures that do not BANG, and wake up everyone on the floor!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great. Bed was not comfortable it had a sag, maybe they need to changed out. Carpets were dirty in elevator. Hallway smelled of cigarettes.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved our room! It was really nice and quiet.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely setting, nice size rooms, great location, nice remodel. Friendly staff although when a customer is standing at the desk, it's a good idea for desk staff to get off the phone and help the customer.
Cons: Parking garage is confusing. Most of the parking stalls are marked either "reserved" or "Northern Hotel Valet Parking." There were only a few pay-by-hour spots. We were not told that because we were staying at the Northern, we could park in valet spot.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, good location, Bernie’s diner in the hotel was good. Staff very helpful when we had an issue with our door.
Cons: The rooms are tiny, one a computer chair for seating.
7.1 Good
Pros: Beautiful and comfortable
Cons: Room was too hot with no way to adjust temp. Also, $5 for a bottle of water? The room price is high enough to provide free bottles of water.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is great, the hotel is very nice, the staff was very helpful and great to deal with. We attended a wedding and the venue was within walking distance. So were places to eat and some shopping at well.
Cons: I wish there were late night coffee and snack options onsite. But I understand that Billings is very different than New Jersey/New York, where I'm coming from, so it probably doesn't have the same need. I'm just used to being able to grab a cup of coffee and something sweet to eat later at night. Also, having a small fridge in the room to keep drinks cold would be a nice amenity.
9.2 Excellent
Cons: Bar staff was not very welcoming, after serving your drink they forgot about you
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location, in the heart of downtown was fantastic. Excellent coffee shops, restaurants, etc all within walking distance
4.0 Okay
Cons: The water ran brown in the shower & sink .. and the water in the toilet was brown, even after flushing
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Attractive furnishings and great location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel has a great location if you need to be downtown. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. This is a historic hotel that has been completely redone and is very beautifully updated. The free parking is a big plus.
Cons: There are no coffee pots in the room, so you have to go to the lobby or order room service. The onsite breakfast and lunch restaurant is great, but very popular so they is a long wait for a table.

5.0 Okay
Pros: The breakfast is the same as any continental breakfast however the room was clean
Cons: We had requested a ground floor close to an outside door and when we arrived were told that they couldn't do special requests. We also asked about our membership discount and were told that they couldn't give it to us because we had booked third party even though other chains have no problem giving us a membership discount.

Cons: Not one thing.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very convenient and comfortable

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very clean and everything you need is in the room.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were very nice and breakfast had a very good variety of options. Pool was nice, weight room was nice.
Cons: The "adults only" pool hours of 10pm-midnight was not enforced. Since we were on vacation, we couldn't enjoy the pool during this quieter time due to the many children there violating the rule. Management seemed uninterested in addressing the issue.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was nice and very clean.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was one of the best motel breakfasts we have experienced. The variety was great. The hostess did a fantastic job however due to so many guests, she struggled to keep up with the demand. She needs some help on the busy days. The room was great and the beds with extra pillows was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again. Kudos to the front desk and housekeeping staff, they were awesome! My grandchildren loved the pool.
Cons: The flooring in the walk-in shower is very slick when wet. For people with balance issues, it poses a risk of falling. The shower chair is a nice convenience however due to the very slick shower floor, it’s a struggle to get adequate footing to stand up to get out of the shower. This definitely should be changed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean. Comfortable. Nice

Pros: Cleanliness
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very helpful and friendly. I had to stay in the room with our doggos so hubby went to get us both breakfast (which is amazing by the way!). One of the staff saw he was struggling with all the plates and offered him a box to take upstairs. That's customer service! The room itself is very nicely decorated and was a relaxing place to call home overnight. The shower (no tub in our suite) is huge and the shower head is actually above my head! I'm only 5'7 but on our week long road trip and staying in a hotel every night, this one was the first I didn't have to contort myself under. All in all I highly recommend this hotel!
Cons: The hotel is right off a very busy highway and also seems to be a popular place for trucks and rigs to stop momentarily. It gets a bit loud but it's not awful. Also, the pillows are square so if you're used to a long rectangle pillow they can be a little awkward to pile up to sleep on.
7.1 Good
Pros: Good bed - very clean.
Cons: Fan in bathroom was mis-wired and couldn’t be turned off. Thermostat could not be adjusted.
7.9 Good
Pros: Convenient location away from the centre of the city but nearby to the Interstate, local restaurants etc. Room was very clean and well presented. Breakfast was good.
Cons: Nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The beds were comfortable and the rooms were bright and cheery. The breakfast was very good.
Cons: While some members of the staff were very accommodating others were not. When asked to check out an hour later they were not willing to make any adjustments at all. This was difficult as I had to leave meetings early to check my wife out before noon. Also maid service was asked if they could wait 15 minutes to clean our room & they said no!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was all very nice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean rooms, friendly staff, and an awesome pool and slides for the kids.
Cons: They accept pets, and we were unsure which rooms had pets or not. I am allergic to cats, but I don't think they had cats. No real problems here.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Pets are allowed in a very nice hotel.
Cons: Regular oatmeal instead of instant.

Pros: Nice clean place for a good value
Cons: This was by far the NOSIEST place I have ever stayed. Zero insulation in the walls so you hear every sound amplified like it’s happening in your room. Nice little spot but, if you’re a light sleeper, stay somewhere else.
