10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very close to campus. My room was large, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good; it was listed as continental but had lots of options including fresh fruit, breakfast sandwiches, etc.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: New, clean, modern.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I had a massage with Angela who was FANTASTIC!!!! I have had many massages in my life. This was definitely one of the best. She was very in tuned to my body. Extremely educated, accommodating, kind and professional. I will definitely be seeing her again soon and plan on being a regular. Have not felt that relaxed in a long time. All staff were very professional and personable. Entire complex is very clean. Special touches like the complimentary fresh blackberry-lime infused water was outstanding. We loved our stay and have already returned❤️
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed was perfect by I like my pillow firmer.
Cons: It would’ve been nice if we were given more information on how far the concert was and how to go and the best way to get there. We ended up going all the way around in a circle and it was quite large building and it was it was cold out. A shuttle would’ve been perfect and we actually missed the performance of the concert due to that fact and I had to go back because I couldn’t get in with my purse. So we had to go all the way back to the hotel put my purse away and go back to the concert.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice restaurant attached also serves the complimentary breakfast in the morning. Room was clean and comfortable
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super clean and new feel. Nice to have keurig coffee maker in the room. Very comfortable beds with lots of pillows. The feel of a much pricier room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location for U of I sporting events, and the hotel has Houlihans restaurant which doubles as a sports bar but with an upscale ambience. There is a separate dining area which works well for those not interested in the lounge/bar. Food is good, and service is consistent. Always stay there when I travel to Champaign.
Cons: The hotel always had a nice selection of newspapers; WSJ, Chicago tribune, etc. Unfortunately, the News Gazette distributor is no longer deliver those papers, so bring your own until the hotel finds another solution.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed and sheets were very comfortable. The air quality in room was perfect (not stuffy) and perfect temperature. The tub and shower was very nice. My husband really liked the breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything is brand new and exceptionally clean, the services are amazing.
Cons: N/A, all was great
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff members were extremely professional and courteous.
Cons: The door and wall of my room to the hallway were thin, so I was able to hear several conversations of passersby during my one-night stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff who could not do enough for you.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was nice. room was beautiful. loved the alexa! bed was like a rock maybe think of adding pillow topping? room was quite and dark when time for bed. just really enjoyed that the Summit i attend was in the hotel.
Cons: Better bedding like pillow topping or something. bed was like sleeping on the floor. warm breakfast foods really liked that burrito offered but wasn't a lot to choose from. other than those things i loved my stay!

Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and coffee/tea in a common area. Free self parking is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The atmosphere. We just wanted to relax. We were able to sit on the porch and drink coffee in the morning and just relax.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the personal attention. Even in leaving, they followed us around so we could take memorable pictures of the beautiful garden and house with US in it...........so kind, and we have lifelong memories. Fabulous place!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice location and historic character, managers very accomodating for my later arrival
Cons: Breakfast featured self-served mostly prepackaged items; expected a good home prepared B&B breakfast.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very nice looking, room quite attractive and grounds nice looking. Staff did excellent job of orientation BUT, see below.
Cons: Thought the breakfast was totally lacking for a couple of reasons. First, it was not a prepared breakfast and to their credit it was not advertised as such. It was presented as a Continental Breakfast. So what was wrong? Almost everything was packaged product and so wasteful with the mound of trash that was generated from our simple eats. The coffee was from a Keurig machine. We absolutely hate these things as they create a large amount of unrecyclable trash. Everything except breads were factory wrapped in cellophane or plastic wrappers. Fresh product from a local bakery and real coffee would have been a major improvement.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, garden, the room... It was a perfect place for my purpose
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Awesome bed, great TV (can watch Netflix, can log in to Hulu, lot of cable channels in HD), beautiful house, and the innkeepers are super nice.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: - Doesn't feel like a hotel, feels just like home! - Friendly owners - Located in quiet area - historic look - 24x7 breakfast room! - wifi printing - well maintained bathroom and accessories

Pros: Everything from the minute we pulled up to when we packed up and left was superb! Staff, decor, bed comfort, room size, value, security, free cookies, coffee (we are coffee snobs so this is HUGE!), cleanliness, breakfast, fitness facilities and pool were top notch! Definitely recommend!
Cons: The waffle batter dispenser was out of order, but we didn't mind because there was enough variety and other good food, we barely missed it.

Cons: The room smelled. I have always had great stays there. I was kinda disappointed this time.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: cleanliness and bed
Cons: breakfast
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful. Good beds! Large bathroom with separate fan control (important) and lots of light. Lots of hot water. Breakfast was varied over four days. Excellent, strong coffee to get the morning going.
Cons: PLEASE! Please, put a grab bar in the shower stall. The tub bottom is slick, and there is no where to hang onto. The older population would particularly benefit from this small addition. We went out and bought a portable grab bar to use during our visit. The fear of falling is ever-present for this age group.

Cons: The shower was a little wonky and it was difficult to control the temperature of the shower water.

Pros: Room was very nice and big. Staff was very pleasant.
Cons: Did not have a canopy to park under while we were unloading our car and it was pouring rain.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: My so had his 14th birthday part at the hotel so he, had a couple friends come and swim, pool was ok he enjoyed himself, only downfall was there was alot of kids jumping in and out causing alot of water to build up on the walk way almost fell a couple times, conversation area was excellent was a great place to gather with friends for food and cake.
Cons: The first lady was checking in was very polite, but I say maybe a couple hours later, her coworker that came in was a different story, I overheard her making rude comments about why would I let my kids walk through the lobby with wet feet now she had to mop it up, I went to the lobby to ask if there was any towels, it's his birthday he was a little excited so he run out without out properly drying off, she could have politely asked my son to go back to the pool area or wait on the carpet, not make rude comments under her breath, but like I said in my previous comment there was a lot of water built up so you were going to track water no matter what, but I'm not going to give a bad review for one rude employee

Pros: Location
Cons: the Room had a musty old smoke odor.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great for our needs. 3 adults, 6 kids!
Cons: If we could have had one room, a suite, which we had, but had to get extra room to accommodate fire code when we all could have been comfortable in the one room
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The pool was very warm. Since there is no hot tub it was so nice to have a warm pool. The staff was friendly. It was by no means super fancy but the beds were comfortable also which makes a huge difference. The cost was affordable. My 11yr old daughter loved it. She thought it was so nice and super awesome.
Cons: I didn’t like that one of the doors at the end of the hall to go outside did not close all the way which then was not secure because it did not lock. Also the bathroom was super tiny which for someone with a problem with small, tight spaces it was pretty difficult to be in even to go to the bathroom. But if was clean and that is more important.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Provided myself and a friend non-pet rooms which was great! Good bed and great pillows
Cons: Bathroom fixtures especially tub/shower a little cheesy but I expected that for the star level.

Cons: Was a little anxious of the area when i read the signs posted all over "Not responsible if your car is broken into". WHAT?!?!?!
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Free breakfast, free parking.
Cons: Would never book again. This "hotel" smells very smokey and stale. First room I received had a window that did not lock and was accessible from the ground. Did not feel safe so asked for a room on 2nd floor. Received a room that smelled worse and had bugs

7.5 Good
Pros: Excellent breakfast--eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, pastries. Beds were comfortable. Heated pool was like bath (see below).
Cons: There was a comment that hot tub was under renovation--NO hot tub, but pool warm. Desk staff said never was hot tub, but there was obvious signs that one was taken out. Pool area full of wet towels tossed about and no dry towels available. We got some from desk which were very small and very stiff!
