9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice, clean and comfortable boutique hotel
Cons: Not worth mentioning
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice view, excellent staff, very good location, everything was more than very good.
Cons: Only the size of the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Such a lovely property with fantastic staff. The upgraded suite made our stay at the end of our European road trip all the more memorable.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Staff were friendly and accomodating and professional. The pool area in the garden retreat is perfectly manicured and the centerpiece of the hotel. It has wet and dry sauna, outdoor pool and spa and is surrounded with a variety of beautiful flowers and trees. Perfect retreat. The breakfast room, breakfast and staff was excellent by comparison to most European hotels. It is 4 to 5 star.
Cons: Rooms were 2 to 3 star at best and very small. Do not match up well to the quality of the staff, breakfast room, and pool garden. No air Conditioning which would help during peak summer months.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful wooden chalet kind of hotel with impressive views of the glassier and the Mont Blanc. Nice gardens to relax and have a drink. Walking distance to the center of Chamonix.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, warm atmosphere and a lovely garden. The hotel is just outside the main town (but a comfortable walking distance) which was perfect for us.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was good and restaurant staff was quite friendly.
Cons: Requested 2 twin beds online but they gave us one big bed instead, and said all cleaning lady was already off so there is nothing they can do about it. My mom who hated to sleep with anyone, couldn't fall asleep and ended up sleeping on the floor. I don't know what to say about this hotel and arrangement, but it's horrible. I chose this hotel because the rating was good on the service. But... The next morning while checking out, the staff asked me how was the stay, I told her about his, and she said something in french which I didn't understand, the morning staff couldn't communicate in English. Also, there was this weird sound coming out from the sink every now and then. It sounded like someone flushing or turning on the water in another room. But it was quite loud, I woke up running to my phone thinking it was my alarm.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room and that it smelled really nice. The garden and is sauna's and biopond. All the sauna's we're excellent and one of them had a picture perfect view of the Mont Blanc. The breakfast was just perfect, lots of real quality products like home made jams and preserved fruits to all kinds of nice breads and cuts off meat and cheeses. The location is great since you are staying in a quite area yet the center of town and all the sights are just a stroll away. 5 star service from everyone working at the hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful 'mountain vibe' without being at all kitsch. Super outdoor area- the kind of garden you'd love to have at home, but don't have time to make work. Staff very helpful- feels like you're a guest at a good friend's house (a friend with superb decorating taste).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: 100pct for everything!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Overall a very good hotel
Cons: No tea/coffee facilities in the room No mini bar/fridge in the room Was booked on the UTMB week so staff knew me and others would want food/drink earlier before our races but no provisions in place for such an event - simple kettle in room would have been suffice with tea/coffee facilities

9.6 Excellent
Pros: This property is gorgeous and walking distance to any and all activities. Theee is a beautiful yard to enjoy drinks or lunch. The pool is lovely and clean. The food is delicious and staff is very attentive.
Cons: No pool service unless asked. If you serve drinks and food by the pool this would be a great service.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was excellent
8.8 Excellent
Pros: spacious bathrooms and dressing area. comfy pillows nice relaxing area in the lobby outdoor scenic area near the pool
Cons: The hotel is not adapted for the summer season, only for the winter. The duvets are very heavy for summer, the rooms are very stuffy even if the windows are open. There is no air conditioning, which is dissatisfying. Is a five star hotel really a five star hotel without air conditioning? They provide you with fans but they are insufficient. Also, since we have to open the windows at night, it gets very noisy early in the morning which makes us wake up earlier than preferred as we are on our summer vacation and we want to relax. Junior suites differ in size, some of them have bigger balconies and smaller rooms, and some of them otherwise.

6.7 Good
Pros: Fabulous building and really comfortable room. The room service dinner was excellent.
Cons: We paid €547 a night, the room had no air conditioner! It was so stuffy and we kept the windows openall night but the outlook was dreadful and it was noisy. They gave us a weak fan which helped a bit but said none of the rooms had air Conditioners! What a pity as it means we probably won’t stay there again. Also we enquired at the hotel restaurant and were shown the menu but were told it was fully booked. However upon returning from our walk at around 8.45 the restaurant was empty .... this seems strange as it offers a restaurant. NOT value for money and no apology or discount for a very uncomfortable night.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location.
Cons: The cost for the breakfast was excessive and not highlighted as an extra upon arrival. Made me leave with a sour taste (excuse the pun!)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel, attentive staff (I slipped hiking and hurt my ankle which they continuously bought to my room bags of ice to put on it), great restaurant and pool area. Very comfortable would absolutely go back.
Cons: No air con - but they gave us a fan - probably wouldn’t normally be an issue but there was a 30’C heat wave. Restaurant was booked for private events 2 meals during the 5 days we were there - they should have given us more warning this was the case (ie. we didn’t realise until we showed up at the restaurant to eat).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great pool, great breakfast, multilingual staff.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: A marvelous Chalet, completely reflecting the Chalet style in the furniture as well! and with marvelous mountain views. And on top there is an outdoor jakuzi and Finnish Sauna! we regret not having time to use them. We want to go back to do so! The owners were more than GREAT! Extremely helpful, friendly, welcoming. It felt like we were family guests than clients. We loved it! Completely loved it!
Cons: this is not central to Chamonix city center. Close enough though We KNEW this, and we already were with a car. So it did not bother us AT ALL...
8.8 Excellent
Cons: Bed were hard

Pros: Hot tub was amazing, breakfast was delicious, views were beautiful, convenient location close to main downtown, owners helpful and nice. Cons: Nothing.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, great food for breakfast and very helpful for finding outdoor activities in the area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet location tucked in the valley away from the bustle of Chamonix but still close enough to be convenient. Beautiful views of the mountains and glaciers. The owner was very helpful and extremely friendly. Within minutes of arriving my husband and I decided we wanted to extend our stay for a second night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wooden sink
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Lovely chalet. Spacious room and communal areas.
Cons: Breakfast could have been more varied, but it was still good. Fresh bread would be a nicer touch.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owners are really friendly and the breakfast was amazing
Cons: Shower was tricky to operate but we figured it out
8.8 Excellent
Pros: - very cosy property - nice view of Aguille de Midi - comfortable bed and room - large bathroom - very nice owners - good price for Chamonix - very good position with parking at 2 min
Cons: - the heat was set at a low level for my taste, and you could not change it - lack of some vegetables and eggs for the breakfast - in the common areas some ambiental lightning (maybe some lamps)

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The view was amazing. The location was amazing
Cons: Renovating a building 40-50 feet away and the noise all day was terrible. The worst Ive experienced in my travel. This is what made it not worth what we paid.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Trendy and modern apartments just in the middle of Chamonix. Very helpful staff. Some apartments have a beautiful view on Mt. Blanc. We would like to come back.
Cons: Difficult to find parking in front of apartments as it is a little bit confusing. But as soon as reconstruction of the building in front of apartments is done, there will be more space and maybe it will be more clear that apartments are just around the corner.
6.7 Good
Pros: Nice complex, but the unit I was in was split level, which was not mentioned before I booked.
Cons: Extremely loud construction noise from within the Genepy complex started at 7.30am did not stop all day as the property is doing major renovations. This was not mentioned before I booked. Curtains need black-out backing to stop the light in the morning.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the location, the view, the modern design. The aparrment was very clean and the staff extremely polite and helpful.
Cons: Nothing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location with views of Alps mountains including Mont Blanc
Cons: There were maintaining the building from outside while we were there
8.3 Excellent
Pros: location
Cons: Free parking is not included for one night stay, and parking space is a bit far away.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel is right in the middle of Chamonix. Next to the supermarket and very close to the parking. The rooms are modern with everything you might need.
Cons: The curtains don’t provide full blackout of the sun but most people would be up early in the morning.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and friendly staff.
6.3 Good
Pros: The reception is closed and you have to call them to checkin/checkout. I booked an apartment with mont blanc view but there was construction that ruined my view from the balcony and i was unhappy about it
9.6 Excellent
Pros: 1. The apartment was spacious and had two bathrooms, which is quite luxurious. 2. Good check-in instructions and two sets of keys were provided. 3. The apartment was serviced daily, which is not typical and was unexpected. 4. The location (in the center of Chamonix) is superb. 5. A parking spot in a neighboring parking garage is available for a reduced fee. 6. The total cost was charged at the time of departure, not ahead of arrival (as is typical).
Cons: Very minor issues... 1. The lights in the dining/living area were weak. 2. Since this is an apartment hotel, the furnishings felt a bit generic (although they very nice and modern). 3. The building is not not visible from the road (it is obscured by another building that sits right in front of it), which can be confusing if you arrive by car.

7.5 Good
Pros: Very nice location, with good parking area close to Camonix City Centre
Cons: We arrive very lately to Chamonix so this hotel was our first options, we were disappointed that for 130 euros the hotel do not included in the price of breakfast, and surcharge for breakfast additional payment 14 euros per person. Thats really surprised us, so much we paid in Paris for Sunday brunch :D Room was new and renovated, but very small. Bottle of local vine starts from 27 EUR and evening menu from 30 EUR pro person
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast and meals were incredible
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Such a cute little hotel in the perfect location outside the Chamonix city center. It was quiet and had gorgeous views of the mountains. The staff were excellent and so helpful with all of our bookings. We would definitely come back again!

There is a sauna and fitness room, a games room and a very inviting open fire.

7.9 Good
Pros: Right in the centre of town, pleasant, modern but comfortable public areas, comfortable bed
Cons: The standard double room is small, the bathroom smaller, shower only, so if I stayed again, I would take a larger room. The stairs to the first floor rooms are steep and could be tricky for elderly people. Real fresh orange juice would make the breakfast more worthwhile....

The rooms were crisp, clean, and although maybe a little small for some, they had many different options for any type of traveler. The hotel is at the center of town and about a 5 minute walk from anything. Definitely staying here again if not for the location and "hip" vibe, then for the fantastic staff (or the breakfast).
Cons: Nothing.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: an amazing hotel! we were really happy we decided to stay there foe 3 days. the staff were very helpful with every question we had on the hotel or even about things to do in the city or around it. the room was very nice and clean and we had a view for the "AGUILE DE MIDI" gondola and the mountain so the view from our balcony was amazing! the spa was really good - a nice pool and hot tub , a very nice wet and dry sauna and hamam and they thought about every last detail in the spa so we tried to go there every day after we returned from hiking. in our last day they allowed my wife to take a shower in a special shower they had for guests who already did a checkout and so we could travel in our last day and take a shower before our flight home. in the lobby you have a bar with still and sparkling water taps for your own use and a coffee machine and some tables to sit , a very nice place to sit and relax when you come back from hiking. AMAZING HOTEL!
Cons: none - we couldnt believe it was only a 4 star hotel
6.3 Good
Pros: The swimming pool and sauna area was excellent.
Cons: The room was hot and very stuffy especially at night. The bed was very uncomfortable. I barely slept. They boast they can pre book tickets for the cable car- but they can’t in the off season apparently. Reception staff when we arrived were unclear and not particularly helpful. However the rest were good.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: See previous
Cons: Restaurant, very much below standard standard of the hotel! Breakfast offer very poor and dinner slow service, and need to improve management. Restaurant rating 1-10, a 2 !
6.5 Good
Pros: The hotel is new, rooms are cozy and bathrooms are new and well decorated. The location is nice if you want to spend a weekend in Chamonix. Staff overall polite.
Cons: It feels like the management of this hotel doesn’t take care of things. The elevator was 3 days without light and they didn’t even care to put a torch or temporary light for safety reasons. The cleaning lady cleaned out room at 3.30pm while we wanted to rest! The spa had an empty bar where it was supposed to have tea to relax. The room had no mini bar and it was very hot- they was no air con. We were thirsty the whole time and when we went to the bar downstairs we had to wait for long to ask for a glass of water. It is the typical case where you see that the owner invested money for the infrastructure but the management is very poor. The hotel price was TOO expensive for low season so obviously the expectation was equivalent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous location next to aguille du midi lift. Spa facilities first rate. Staff very helpful. Rooms tastefully decorated. Excellent facilities. Free coffee and sweets in reception. Parking reasonable rate in comparison to lots of other hotels. Would thoroughly recommend
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Adjacent to Aiguiille du midi lift so very handy to go up before the crowds. Hotel sort lift passes for you. Had half board menu which was excellent value and enabled us to have anything from a la carte menu although a few items had small supplement. There were daily specials of a starter, main fish dish and main meat dish. Good leisure facilities a bonus. Liked having kettle/coffee machine/supplies in room plus hot /cold drink facilities 24 hours in reception.
Cons: Desert menu could benefit from a daily special as only around 5 items on meny which if you stayed 1 or 2 weeks would be repetitive dependent on tastes. Chef did provide a daily extra desert for all diners but again this was repetitive.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Cannot think of
4.5 Okay
Pros: 1- Location is really good, close to the center. 2- Check in/out was fast 3- Swimming Pool looks ok.
Cons: 1- There was extremely bad & disgusting smell in the toilet all the time, asked them couple of times to clean it with no improvement. 2- Parking access is from back side, parking is not free & costs 15€ per night.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Spacious communal areas. Friendly staff
Cons: Spa a little cold.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Really great facilities with lovely spa. Really loved the free coffee, water and sparkling water in the lobby. Dog was very welcome and loved that they put a dog bowl and dog bed in the room when arrived. Staff were excellent in general especially in the bar.
Cons: Staff were quite abrupt when we arrived as it was before the check in time when we just wanted to park the car. Breakfast is quite expensive for what was provided.
10.0 Excellent

The room is very comfortable the pool is very good. parking was good, comfortable access price was ok. its our third time at the hotel. location is very good, quiet and a short walk from the center and restaurants.

Featured amenities include a computer station, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and a 24-hour front desk. Limited parking is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Top lift closed which had bigger impact than we’d realised beforehand.
4.6 Okay
Pros: The rooms were cosy. The hot tub and pool were small but nice. Partial view of Mont Blanc from the room.
Cons: There is a tree blocking the view of Mont Blanc from the jacuzzi. The hotel staff refused to work with us or accommodate us when our flight was cancelled despite booking less than a day prior. Cancelling the reservation was at the hotels discretion, but they made no effort to accommodate us despite the uncontrollable circumstances. Demand was high in Chamonix, and they could have easily rebooked the room. Highly disappointed in the way they handled the situation. Based on this experience we do not recommend paying ahead and we will not stay here on our next trip to Chamonix.

Pros: Easy parking. Great position away from the bustle in Chamonix. Easy access to hiking and lifts etc Decent spa included Nice rooms with a balcony and view Lovely bar area and garden with good views. Place is old school alpine style which I like.
Cons: Breakfast was not great. Very sugary sweet juices and a poor coffee machine. Pastries ok but poor choice of cereals and yoghurts only sweetened versions available of everything. Our bathroom gad not been cleaned on arrival. Pillows very quite hard memory foam.
7.9 Good
Pros: its nice to have a place to relax after a long days outside - jaccuzi, pool, sauna - and the location is great - also the stuff is super lovelly... breakfasts were good - just coffee could be better;)
Cons: we had a "small" issue with our room... I dont want to come into details but... this should not happen in european 4* hotel... the personel was lovelly and we were offered to change the room - thank you so much for this - rooms were ok... but for sure not 4* rooms - they were small and old fasion design... not bad if you are whole day hike and just come back to relax and sleep
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful rooms, very well equipped spa, professional massage, nice and warm charming rooms, we had one rainy day spent at the hotel and was still very good due to the equipment and the property comfort
Cons: a bit far from restaurant and view on Mont-Blanc we thought will more amazing

Pros: The the Auburge staff were absolutely amazing, they went above and beyond to help us during our stay. The rooms are beautiful and beds very comfortable. The location is perfect, short walk to the main area of town and a grocery store just around the corner. We loved how quaint and cosy this hotel is compared to other larger hotels we have stayed in during our europe trip, we felt right at home here. The breakfast was perfect, very extensive range of cereals, cheeses, meats and pastries, as well as fresh juice and coffee. Would definitely stay here again
Cons: Nothing!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: - Audrey (I hope I did not misspell her name) was a treasure and took great care of everyone. - The breakfast was the most stylish thing we experienced during our week-long travel in France. - Overall, the staff took great care to make us all comfortable. - Stunning views of Mt. Blanc from the garden, which was a marvel in itself and gave us the chance to have some rest after a long journey.
Cons: - Nothing really, it was all great. We would like to come back in winter.

5.4 Okay
Pros: Location was good and decor was cute.
Cons: My room was so loud I checked out a day early and found a different hotel for my second night. I could hear every person who walked up and down the stairs and every conversation in the lobby. Absolutely horrible.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Local and friendly service. Rooms were comfortable.
Cons: You could hear other lodgers moving around and flushing toilets but with the age and great location of the building is understandable.
6.7 Good
Pros: The location is perfect. its really located in the heart of the center. there is no need to transportation, you can go to everywhere in the center by foot. its important point, because after 20:30 there is no available buses (just by reservation by advance and depends on the seasons). we were in April 2019, and we are told that this is not the season and because that there are not plenty of buses after 20:30. maybe in different season the issues is different. although, my recommendation always take a nearby hotel, it will spend a lot of lost energies.
Cons: i didn't like that the room is too much small. also there is no elevator in the hotel. in addition the bathroom isn't the most newest, and in our case we didn't find a hot water to make a shower. but i have to say, maybe this is specific case because after that we find hot water to wash our hands. but, i don't think that the review score have to restrict you. all is depends on your aims from the holiday. its a good place, not bad, located perfectly. i recommend to you to compare prices and facilities and location and after that to decide if you should reserve this hotel. i think this is not good for families and for a long holidays (for 2 nights max- the room is small!)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: comfy, clean, pleasant space, friendly staff. Beautiful B & B - I would go back in a heartbeat.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very cozy family hotel in the center of Chamonix.
Cons: Very small room

Cons: A little too small room, but it's only one inconvenience.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and breakfast
7.5 Good
Pros: Small but cosy and clean room. The breakfast in the basement was a happy surprise. Boiled our own eggs, had yoghurt, freshly squeezed orange juice, nice baguettes and other bread and nice cakes and fruit. Definitely worth 10 eur

Cons: n/a
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is good because you can achieve Chamonix in less than 10 minutes by car. The hotel is great, staff was very friendly and ready to help. They gave us several tips about places worth visiting in Chamonix and many details we didn't know. Hotel has it's own restaurant, we didn't have dinner, but the breakfast was good, they offer 3 or 4 breakfast menus, each cost less than 10-11 euros. The room was comfortable and clean, no complaints.
Cons: The only disadvantage of this place is that they don't have an elevator so we needed to lift our luggage up to the first floor. But you need to do this only twice so it's not a problem at all.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: You have a wonderful view from the patio just in front of the hotel. You also have a bar to chill out with a drink and the staff are so friendly and easy going.
Cons: There was nothing that I didn't like.!
6.3 Good
Pros: Great view of the Mont Blanc and the mountain. Pleasant interior, charming, good mattresses and modern bathroom.
Cons: The noise level was very hard to handle due to a very busy street location. We had to Open the window due to the heat but the traffic is so busy that after 7am it is impossible to sleep. No elevator and no one to carry the suitcase upstairs either. It’s not a hotel for anyone elderly, handicapped or injured. We had to buy toilet paper because the one provided was absolutely horrible! There was no Kleenex box either. professional staff to some extent. It felt like they are paid to do their job but will never lift a hair to do anything beyond the minimum required. We had to wait 15-20 min to get the croissant we ordered for breakfast!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location lovely food , fantastic staff and all round lovely hotel
Cons: Nothing !!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely views!!, bar restaurant gorgeous with good good & staff ( especially Ukrainian lady) very friendly. Lovely looking hotel. Bed very comfortable . Appreciated luggage storage day I left. Also train station in 100 meters away! Lovely Coffee at breakfast .
Cons: Blaring horn when train passes went off every half an hour.. I was sleeping with window open so maybe that was problem. Shower was cold. Water eventually became warm so was tolerable but not enough to enjoy. Big disappointment especially as I have stayed in much cheaper hotels and never had that problem.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice little bar and restaurant with a nice outdoor area with great views.
Cons: Rooms were a little small but ok for a short stay.nice
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Hotel Eden is in a beautiful location and is beautifully decorated. We stayed here in July, weather was gorgeous, with an absolutely stunning view of the glacier from our window!! All the staff -reception and in the restaurant were absolutely lovely, couldn’t do enough for us. The food was delicious, best seabass I’ve ever had!! Parking underneath the hotel for our motorbike was another positive. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Cons: Nothing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Once again we were made to feel right at home despite the hotel's boutique vibe clashing with our hiking gear and dirty boots. Our room was upgraded to a beautiful top floor quadruple room so we had a huge and super comfy queen size bed, which was a nice surprise. So were the amazing dinner and breakfast at the hotel's restaurant. Their homemade butter is to die for!
Cons: The staff on our arrival were super kind, welcoming and efficient, but in the morning one of the staff seemed to not know what they were doing, which made people who needed a speedy check out slightly nervous and created a strange vibe.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly and welcoming
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Tranquil atmosphere.
6.5 Good
Pros: hotel comfortable, lots of places to relax and SHOULD be top but....
Cons: Restaurant expensive and food “just ok” - not great value for the very high price. Wait staff stroppy. When I tried to politely raise the issue with the front desk, they were stroppy too. Typically for this region, but still - annoying and kind of put a cloud on the stay.
7.1 Good
Pros: Facilities and views. Friendly staff
Cons: A bit far from town and taxis were expensive
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful place with great hot tube and swimming pool.
Cons: A bit overpriced for the service offered.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, wonderful staff, very good spa, lovely room.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable hotel in a lovely location but a bit of a struggle uphill from the nearest bus stop (we were walking the TMB and arrived by bus from Montroc after a long day). Excellent facilities - pool, hot tub, sauna, lounges, bar and restaurant. Excellent breakfast. Nice room with a small balcony.
Cons: The only option is to eat in the restaurant - lovely food but quite pricey (beware the offer of cheese which we discovered was charged separately and in addition to our fixed menu). The hotel was about to close for a few weeks and seemed a bit understaffed.

5.8 Okay
Pros: Excellent location in Chamonix
6.7 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: The room was smelly by the channel odor, the room was very small and old.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location
Cons: With no AC, had to keep windows open. So much street noise...not cars but people yelling and partying all night into the morning. Do not get a room overlooking the street.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: That the room overlooks the Arve river was my favorite.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location and the view. The room was extremely good value and we would love to come back during ski season.
Cons: Amazing views. We must be the luckiest couple alive. We booked just one week before we took the drive to chamonix and when we got to the room we were blown away with the comfort and size of it. Then we opened one of the windows to see we were directly overlooking the river. About an our later I realised there was another main window which when I pulled the curtain back was a full view of mont blanc. The location is absolutely central and the staff are very helpful. The parking is private and opposite the building. One word. Wowski.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good hotel for the price we paid! We had a mezzanina that hosted 5 people, fun to walk up and down for the kids, amazing view of the river and the mountains.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location in central Chamonix, free parking across the street. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful with each and every one of our needs.
7.9 Good
Cons: Overall fine but I had a room on the back of the hotel and there is a river right there. Windows are pretty old so both noise and cold come quite a lot from the windows. Would be good to repair them to make the room more comfortable.
9.6 Excellent
Cons: Would love a kettle in the room
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Friendly Staff Very good family room with view on the river Parking available directly at the hotel Close to downtown, Aiguille du Midi lift and Montenvers station

Cons: No AC as the temperature was 30 DEV when we arrived
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location just a few minutes from the more bustling city center provided a quiet oasis (although train does run behind hotel, it was not bothersome).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Terrific staff, great friendly service. Staff ready to assist in every way, but in a quiet highly effective professional manner.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful and made my honeymoon more than perfect. In addition, they have a shuttle bus which can take you to the telefric for FREE!.
8.8 Excellent
Cons: Bathroom very humid No door at toilets!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful views and very close to town
7.9 Good
Pros: The location is very good because it is in Chamonix itself, and a short walk from bars, restaurants etc, but the room we stayed in suffered badly from a nearby busy road. The trafffic was very loud and quite disturbing at times.
Cons: The breakfast was not what I would expect for E25! It was much better in other 5* hotels that I have stayed in - mainly pre-cooked hot food rather than cooked to order, pastries not warm, staff not friendly, no offer of a top-up of coffee (the staff in other areas of the hotel were much friendlier, however).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Before you read my comment please know that I am a regular traveler and a very picky guy. I have booked the luxury room with fireplace. every thing was just amazing!!. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. The view was extraordinary and breath taking on that private balcony in my room. And specking about the room, words can’t describe how great, luxurious and special it was. It is by far the best hotel experience I have ever had. btw, the restaurant in the hotel has TWO michelin stars ! Don’t miss it out.
Cons: Nothing at all

Pros: Amazing Property and amazing location! The overall room is larger than some of the other properties in Chamonix. It was satisfying to learn about Isabelle herself and my pursuit of mountain climbing! Will be back soon.
Cons: Not a damn thing to mention here !
8.8 Excellent
Pros: In a very good location, and low price, i recommend u this hotel
7.5 Good
Pros: The hotel is just a few steps away from the Chamonix Mont Blanc station. Supermarket, restaurants and shops are around it. The hotel provides everyone with a free ticket for the public transportation.
Cons: There is no refrigerator in the room so we have to leave our fruits and yogurt outside on the balcony. Also, the bathroom is not well designed that water always flows on the floor. Last, the house cleaner took away our room card on the first day and mugs on the second day, and just left the balcony door opened during the whole day when we were not in the room, which is not safe
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location downtown Descent room size, neat Good restaurant
Cons: Noise from street

Cons: Noise every morning when a road sweeping machine was cleaning roads outside the hotel

6.7 Good
Pros: Location excellent. Nice reception. Small pool but nice little spa ontop.
Cons: Tiny double room with steps to access thr bed. Very poky and cramped considering the amount of money spent. Also our room faced inside a courtyard with barely any view of the mountains.. also Cobwebs in the room. The "double bed " was actually 2 singles pushed together. Small bathroom. And was unexpectedly charged an additional tax ontop of the booking.com fee - a chamonix tax! Would be nice to include this tax in the booking.com price...very misleading . I suggest you check the room they give you before accepting
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location, quality of accommodations, and also a great breakfast selection
Cons: Bar offerings were not quite up to 4 star hotel status
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location in town, and spa area both excellent. Small fridge in room very useful.
Cons: The cost of breakfast - but there’s a patisserie 2 mins away and a supermarket too so it was easy to buy our own supplies.
7.9 Good
Pros: Location was excellent. Very central. Clean and cosy rooms
Cons: air conditioning in the Summer would have been nice. Also, the pool could have been opened earlier in the morning. It didn't open until 1030.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff were really welcoming. The view from the room was amazing. The spa surpassed expectations and the views from it were exceptional. Had breakfast both days, and the buffet had a balanced variety for all tastes.
Cons: Nothing.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Superb spa and pool. Views in the summer spectacular. Room was great and very clean with a comfy bed.
Cons: Breakfast too expensive. Older member of bar staff was rude and obnoxious (rest of the staff where lovely). Car park too small and too expensive for the price I expect parking to be free of charge.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location; very nice spacious rooms — I stayed 2 times for 2 nights each 5 days apart, and both of my rooms had a nice view of Mont Blanc and Aiguille du Midi; very good breakfast; very pleasant staff.
Cons: The bar did not have any single malt scotches.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very nice staff, great location, spa & fitness room well equipped, separate toilet in room, allowed a later check out
Cons: very small bathroom, garage cost not explained up front, didn't take the 20€ breakfast although it looked quite good, thin towels & very thin WC paper should do better for a 4****, opening hours for gym 9am far too late, opening hours for pool & spa 10.30 am far too late
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location
Cons: Bit pricey
