We stayed at the GHL San Lazaro Art Hotel in Cartagena, and while there were some positive aspects, we were quite disappointed with several issues. Firstly, the shower drain was severely clogged with hair and did not drain properly. This was not only unsightly but also made showering a frustrating experience.
