Kids club is superb and free of charge with high quality staff to deal with your kids while you are away. In addition, the restaurant food and staff are second to non. Deserve full marks by all means

Pros: The location is excellent. The staff are excellent.

Cons: Minor items, but some of the carpets in the corridor leading up to to the room have come apart. The carpet coming up to the room had not being vacuumed and had debris on it. I noticed this on several occasions. The price of food is very high even for a 5 star hotel. In the last few years I have stayed in the Shangri La & Intercontinental and both were significantly cheaper. There is no indoor pool. The main restaurant is open to the lobby, which is not good.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were visiting for me fiancé’s 50th birthday and they were kind enough to add some special extras. It was very appreciated.

Cons: One of the check in managers at the reception was really rude to me. He insisted on giving me two room keys rather than just canceling one booking which made no sense. It took almost one hour before the general manager eventually came to save the day.

Pros: Love the apartment spacious clean well equipped have stayed in this apartment block before so live the location.

Cons: We stayed on the other side of apartment block this time and restaurant below in street very noisy til late and not sound proofed windows so take ear plugs.

Pros: Good location, clean, good WiFi, very friendly staff, feels like home. Good equipment in the kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine. It was very hot outside during our stay but AC was solving this, perfect. We will book this place for the next year.

Pros: Perfect location, very helpful and welcoming staff! The lady at the reception gave great advice on the city and was one of the best memories of our stay. The rooms are clean with a perfect air conditioning - quiet, efficient, comfortable. This was very important. Beds are OK, too.

Cons: Rooms are a bit dated. Our room has two bedrooms plus a common area with a kitchenette, two bathrooms but only ONE WC. The master bedroom was so small it had only one bedside table, otherwise, the bathroom door will not open. To get to the window, you have to crawl over the bed. Plus the door would stuck if closed so we had to keep it open all the time. The master bathroom was hard for a man to fit in. And had zero space to put toiletries on - you have to wash with the door open and use the bed for that purpose. The second bedroom is a normal size, though, with a regular bathroom. The kitchen does not have plates and cutlery, only coffee cups. Not very comfortable.

Pros: Great location and parking is available under the hotel for a fee.

Cons: Cramped bathroom with a separate toilet. No coffee making facilities in the room. Bedside tables had a fake drawer. Drinks were extortionate and we were charged 5 Euros for a bottle of water.

Cons: STAY AWAY!!!! The worst experience of my life! On our first day, we left an ipad in our room and left for a few hours for lunch and a walk. We came back to find that the Ipad, together with headhphones, was gone! No sign of break in so clearly must've been someone from staff who had a key to the room. We spent the first night of our stay at the police station lodging a formal complaint and spent the rest of the stay arguing with the hotel who did not want to take any responsibility at all. The manager of the hotel is the most unprofessional, indecent person I have ever come across - initially she talked to us to find out the details and say the staff been called to the police station and we will find a solution to a couple of days later change her attitude 180 degrees after finding out our insurance would not cover theft in a hotel and not only avoiding us for the rest of the stay but also implying to booking.com when I called them to complain that she "doesn't even know if we really had the ipad and it is our word against her". UNBELIVEABLE!!!!!! Have never experienced anything even close to this during any travels. The hotel has no cameras on corridors and no security and no records of who enters the rooms. STAY AWAY!! Not only that we lost an ipad with all personal information on it but had the whole holiday spoiled with the hotel's indecent attitude. Not to mention that the breakfast is disgusting - not even a banana or plain yogurt. One slice of ham, one slice of baguette and some syrop disgusting yoghurt - level of a hostel, not a 4 star hotel!

Pros: Everything was perfect, from the wonderful included breakfast to the facilities and the great location near La Croisette.

Cons: The room needed some minor renovations, but nothing that could affect our pleasant stay.

Pros: The location is great, very close to the beach and literally in the center, so you are close to everything. Parking is 20 Euros a day. Leave the car in the garage and you can walk everywhere. The bed was comfortable and bathroom spotless clean! The garden is beautiful too.

Cons: Safe the money for the breakfast, it's not worth it. Totally overpriced and nothing fresh, not even fruits. They have good tea and coffee though, but for 18 Euros you'll have a great breakfast outside. Then they would not be able to cater gluten free. We stayed 2 nights and they could have made the effort but the will was not there.

Pros: Staff very attentive, kind, cheerful and helpful. Generous and delicious breakfast!
