Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, often mentioning its proximity to the city center, train station, and local attractions. The service and staff received high marks for friendliness, helpfulness, and attention to detail, making guests feel welcome and cared for. Cleanliness was also highlighted, with several reviews noting well-maintained and fresh rooms. While breakfast was generally appreciated for its quality and variety, a few guests found it average. However, noise was a recurring issue, especially for rooms facing the street or near the railway, with several guests mentioning poor sound insulation and disturbances from traffic or neighboring rooms. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, with many guests recommending the hotel for its charm, comfort, and exceptional hospitality.
