Owners provide you with a lot of helpful tips about beaches, bus rides, dinner possibilities. Breakfast a la carte and with lot of different options (fruits, cheese, baguette, Omelettes, pancakes, quesadillas). Good strong coffee

Pros: We liked everything. The rooms was quite spacious, there was everything that one would need, both in the room and bathroom. Breakfast was very good, they made fresh food on the spot, which was nice. They provided coffee, fruits, bread, cheese, orange juice and some hot dishes on the menu. The staff was very nice as well, they gave us sufficient information about the area and answered all of our questions. Location is also ok, there is a subway, a grocery store and money exchange around 6 min walk. If you walk a bit more, there are plenty of restaurants around 15-20 minutes walk. I would like to stay here if I ever come to Cancun again.

Cons: The location is not ideal, you are stuck between the hotel zone and downtown with no easy access to the beach. The room was a bit small and the bed a bit too soft to my personal taste.

The owner is incredibly friendly and great conversation, giving many travel ideas and making the stay feel like I was with family. Cons: The only 2 complaints I have are pretty much out the hands of the property. The WiFi speed was terrible and I couldn't have a video conversation with my family. When arriving at the airport, I had to wait almost an hour for the arrange hotel transfer to arrive but this was due to the taxi driver who would constantly say 'be there in less than 10 minutes'
