Staff was nice.
Bars open late close early. Only two small elevators. Lots of kids. No ac in lobby. No view in room. Terribly customer service in restaurants.

We had a light in the room that was out, room safe was not functioning, and a mini frig with complimentary drinks was missing. Also a random toenail clipping in the closet was never cleaned upthrought our 4 day 3 night stay.

The beach is disgusting! No one was in it! Terrible amount of seaweed! It even gave off a scent that was not pleasing! If you are in Cancun for the beaches steer clear of this hotel! It was very disappointing in that regard!

The room was very outdated and the shower head was so corroded that we could not take proper showers. I had asked the supervisor to replace the shower head which he never did. Also, the view from our room was a wall, we had booked Ocean View.

The hotel was very modern and up to date. The staff was very friendly.
It was extremely hot in the lobby. They were very stingy with towels. When cleaning they would sometimes not leave any. We would have to call for them and it would take them 30 minutes to come. Same once we went to the beach cabanas.
Bathroom/ shower had issues with water quality (smelled terrible, not clear) I got gastroenteritis from the food. Terrible food. Customer service was non existent. Definitely not four star level.

This hotel has beautiful beach (although wave-full) with a dirty pool, minimally basic food, mediocre beverages, expensive prices, lack of water due to maintenance, questionably clean rooms, old towels, unhelpful personnel and broken elevators. Terrible!
