Location and staff
Doors must be fixed because they don’t close very good and slam all day long. Italian Resto to cold due to airco blowing you away
Pure luxury place. Expensive, but all paid money has a value. Extremely great staff everywhere. If you have a budget and you like privacy in your travels - I would suggest to go there. We stayed 4 days/5 night and it was perfect ( Christmas time). Pet friendly - which is a big PLUS for us. I would recommend this place for everyone to visit
Spa is good but extremely expensive;) maybe you can lower prices little bit? ;)
The hotel is beautiful
The restaurants are extortionate
Excellent stay — a hidden gem. Second time there, and it did not disappoint. Could not recommend it highly enough.
I would struggle to find any reasons.
Very up to date beautiful hotel. No comments on that end. La Punta restaurant to die for!
The only unpleasant part is the ocean on the family side is very mushy and up to your knees as long as u can go. Very unpleasant feeling to step. And the ocean on the adult side is all in seaweed with only little space to swim. Also hotel is super quiet. No music anywhere whatsoever that would be a good idea at least some lounge something.
