View of Charles River from our room which had a balcony. Room was comfortable but bathroom small. TV is huge.
Bar and restaurant over-priced - $18 for a burger which was a pre-fab. Glass elevators and open courtyard which extends to upper floors not good for those with acrophobia.

Wonderful hotel, but be prepared for a Boston price tag.
Everything at the Hyatt is always clean & comfortable & the staff are terrific.
The prices for Boston hotels are over the top compared to the rest of the country.

$40 a night parking
Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The pool was salt water? It was nice to not have dry skin after a swim because it wasn’t chlorinated. I books the city view room and the view was nice to wake up to.
$40 a day for parking and $55 a day for valet parking. The street parking is horrendous - you have to download an app to pay for parking and they still ticket you well before the two hours is up. You’re not even able to move to another spot if there is one that is open - you have to move to a different spot in a different zone - there is literally only two zones for the whole street which is about 3/4 mile long- you are timed out of a zone for 3 hrs so even if you manage to move to another spot now you can’t go back to the only two available zones in that area. It’s pretty much highway robbery. Everything is old and rusty. You can see the years of wear and tear in the furniture. To access the pool you have to go thru a walkway and it’s located on top of the garage - so it’s alittle inconvenience. There’s constant renovations so it was noisy during the night time.

Extra unexpected fees.
Location. Views. Cleanliness. Mass
Massive parking and pet fee. No coffee or breakfast. Shop downstairs was way overpriced. Bottle of Pepsi was $3.47?? Overall I think this hotel was way too much money for what you get.
