Pros: The staff were extremely friendly. Although the hotel is still under construction there was none of the noise, dust or annoyances that you expect from being so.
Cons: Very late to have the room cleaned/refreshed and when we wanted to extend the stay for one night for one we could not get the rate from the front desk we could get through kayak. They told us to book through kayak for the extra night then come back to the front desk.

The restaurant was very nice looking, great atmosphere, but the food, though, decently priced was not as good as I expected. No pool, and no option for continental breakfast. There was a hall filled with food with no signs saying reserved so I thought it was continental.....turns out no it wasn't.

Pros: Clique was so close to the airport. It took only two turns and three minutes to get back to the rental car return. The room was divine with robes, a fancy shower, super clean, and LED lights under the beds (that were able to change colors). The bar stayed open late, and the staff was friendly.

Pros: My wife and I stayed when we had a layover in Calgary on our way back to the US. Very convenient 24h shuttle to and from the airport, and since the hotel is still under construction (restaurant not ready yet), they offered a drop off/pick up service to a nearby restaurant. We really appreciated all the complimentary things -blu rays, breakfast, etc. and the room and bathroom were fantastic.
Cons: We wished there was a dairy free alternative to milk for breakfast, to have in our coffee or cereal. More and more places these days offer soymilk and this would be a definite plus worth mentioning for anyone with allergies or intolerances (such as most eastern Asian people like my wife), religious beliefs, and vegans.

Pros: The rooms are a good size and very clean. Close to CrossIron Mills and not far from downtown and the zoo.
Cons: The restaurant didn’t have many options for GF. This was disappointing so we left for meals and went else where to eat. Good thing downtown is about 15 minutes away (driving), so my recommendation is to do research if you require a special diet Other then the restaurant we had a pleasant stay

Pros: The service was excellent, we were upgraded for the same price as well and were offered 2 drink vouchers and free movie channels. The room was fantastic, so many nice perks. The fridge had chips, Jubejubes, pop and water which were included. The bathroom had an amazing walk in shower, tv and lots of towels. We also enjoyed the rooftop hot tub with our complimentary bathrobes and slippers.
Cons: We had a loud crowed above us that woke us up at 2am. I was too tired to call front desk to complain.

Cons: Had our truck stolen out of the parking lot right in front of the door. It was locked. Manager mentioned she saw some teenagers hanging out in parking lot late but did not check into what they were doing. Never received a sorry or what can we do to make your stay any better. Nothing. Was not looking for any freebies. Just some care or concern. This hotel has no outside video surveillance. Would not recommend to anyone. There are better and more secure hotels available.

Pros: The staff was amazing. They were so friendly and seemed to truly enjoy working here. David the security guard made our stay especially nice by letting us enjoy the sky deck hot tub for a few minutes past closing since we got in a little late. The bathroom/shower was amazing, and the decor was updated. Very clean. Chose this hotel based on proximity to Calgary airport, but wished I was staying for longer than to just catch early morning flight. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: We were quite surprised to find a first class hotel only a mile from the Calgary Airport. Rooms were up to date, clean an comfortable for 4 adults. Lobby area was welcoming and parking was adequate and in a safe location. Attached restaurant had good food including a "Bread Bar" where you have a choice of breads and you place them on an open gas fired grill. Really a great idea!

Cons: Dinner at Rimrcok end up poor. Food was great but service extremely poor near end of meal. Server disappeared for 20 minutes. When I did see him & tried to get his attention, no response.

Pros: its unfortunate that there is nothing to be liked in this so called 4star hotel.
Cons: Typically I hate to complain but due to the experience, I feel I should provide my review. It was a five nights stay. Really slow slow shower. Bed linens, towels, sheets were not set well. There was a odor in the room. Coffee machine was not working. Power outlet was not working. TV channels were working intermittently and didnt even have the basic channels to view. Inspite of asking a few times to provide drinking water - there was no response from the staff. I wonder how do hotels like these get a 4 star rating. Internet, breakfast, TV channels are not part of the price.

Pros: This building has a beautiful old world feel atmosphere. Downtown Calgary feels like it has really died off with the current recession but you'd never notice once inside the hotel. Lots of happy and polite people everywhere. We will definatly return.
Cons: We requested a newspaper in the morning but it didn't arrive for our two day stay.

Pros: Could not control the heat on the room. The balcony had a safety lock that locks you out on the balcony... in winter...
Cons: Someone had thrown up outside the hotel and when we alerted the front desk their response was that they had nobody to clean it.

Pros: Location and staff are awesome. The single queen room was a good size for one or 2 people, and clean. My original room key reader needed maintenance, quickly moved to another room. Fitness area under is above average for the price point. The pool area is clean and looks great. Underground parking felt secure, although I would like to see more camera. This hotel will be on my short list choice affordable, quality, city center locations to stay.
Cons: Hotel is going through growing pains as part of being 1.5 yrs into a 5yr renovation. Only 3 of 4 elevators working, which increases wait times. One of the three elevators card-reader was intermittently not working for me. Parking can be limited at times. Many of the more convenient stalls are reserved by indigo.

Pros: Staff was accommodating and friendly. Hotel was very reasonably priced and fairly clean. Rooms are quite outdated (older furniture, decor, etc) but the bed was comfortable and the price was right. Location is perfect and parking is very reasonable as well. If you are looking for a downtown hotel on a budget this is the one. There aren't any frills but if all you want is a comfortable bed and a clean room at a great price, this has it.
Cons: Outdated room - old pull-out couch with cigarette burns in arms, dressers are old and scratched/nicked, plug in our bathtub would not work. Pool was okay but hot tub has no jets and was not very warm and a yellow-green tinge to the water - like having a bath with several strangers.

Pros: Love the location. 2 blocks away from the sky train, which was perfect for the reason for our stay - Calgary Comic Expo. Loved the customer service that the breakfast staff provided. Pretty sure the lady that serves us was still there from last year. She is the ONLY reason I gave 3 stars for staff!
Cons: Front desk service SUCKED! There was a wedding booked at the same time as our stay. The room we were given was sub-par. The toilet leaked. We called down to the front desk and encountered resistance. Almost as if to say "so what do you want me to do about it?". Was informed that he would call back shortly, as he was busy. It took over an hour for the call back. Once front desk had determined that the leak was legit (half a trashcan full within an hour), he THEN switched us rooms, again to a sub-par room. No apology was given, infact, while the agent was figuring out which room to give, he complained about one of the other guests (they were asking how to get downstairs). While I totally understand that people get busy, stressed out or just plain have " had enough", there was absolutely NO reason to act this way towards someone that was also paying for a room. This was a return visit due to how well we were treated the first time. Unfortunately, based on THIS experience, we will be seeking an alternative hotel for our next Expo trip.
