Had maintenance come as soon as the room was given, since the phone line was dead. Had to reassign me to a different room. Staff was friendly but evening shift wasn't as much as morning shift (kudos to Jackson). Perfect for business in busy downtown, will come again.

Wonderful

Pros (+) Location, parking, walkability to downtown, rapid transit, full service restaurant/lounge, newly renovated and comfortable room, great bed.
Cons (-) Busy destination for groups, elevators being refurbished caused some delays.

Pros (+) Location was good except very close to the C-train which is very noisy.
Cons (-) Under construction. Elevators didn’t work, pipes rattle when you use hot water, and $24 per day to park which was very expensive and not noted at the time of reservation.

Pros (+) Location and staff are awesome. The single queen room was a good size for one or 2 people, and clean. My original room key reader needed maintenance, quickly moved to another room. Fitness area under is above average for the price point. The pool area is clean and looks great. Underground parking felt secure, although I would like to see more camera. This hotel will be on my short list choice affo...
Cons (-) Hotel is going through growing pains as part of being 1.5 yrs into a 5yr renovation. Only 3 of 4 elevators working, which increases wait times. One of the three elevators card-reader was intermittently not working for me. Parking can be limited at times. Many of the more convenient stalls are reserved by indigo.

Pros (+) They were able to check us in early
Cons (-) Horrible location, major renovations, nowhere to feed your children a healthy meal close by. Elevators barely work.
