Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for accessing the ferry, restaurants, and city attractions. Many reviewers also commend the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with several positive mentions of staff going above and beyond to assist guests. However, cleanliness is a recurring issue, with reports of dirty rooms, towels, and common areas. Bed comfort is also a common complaint, with several guests finding the mattresses uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and service, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and comfort.
