First-time Budget rental, long-time renter in Sain
Pros: Very clean new Fiat 500 was the Mini or similar offering. After a pause, I decided to go with it and it was just fine. The rental agent drove me to the marina to meet the ferry at no charge. Budget is great in Saint Barths. Will use it again.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: I couldn't rent any car. I had to hire a very extensive taxi. So, obviously, I did not use Budget rent-a-car service.
