Pros: *Excellent* location. Very close to the train station and to the center of the city, but insulated from craziness off a lovely little street leading into a beautiful park. Really a wonderful area.
Cons: I know this is relatively typical for a European hotel, but the room was tiny. The bed was so narrow I had flashbacks to college. Wonderful bathtub, good thick quiet walls, but just a tiny little room. It's a great place to stay, but I have trouble reconciling $136 with the lack of space in that room.

Cons: The hotel is really a combination of different buildings, and temperature varies wildly. Some areas were stiflingly hot. furniture in the lobby was strangely modern for a historic area, and some of it was shabby. There was a strange smell that permeated much of the hotel, including the lobby, the common bathrooms, and my room.

Pros: I got the room for $75/night from the usual $150-200 since it was Monday during the low season. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the train station and right by the Lake of Love. All major attractions are within an easy 10 minute walk.
Cons: The wi-fi is terrible. I constantly had one bar (instead of 4) on my iPhone, which made everything extremely slow and unstable. Major frustration.

Cons: just be careful with the parking spot in front of the hotel to bring down your baggage, I ask if I can park there to bring down my stuff since I was with my baby , they toll me that I can do it for that purpose, the police enter the hotel to ask and no one tell him it was my car, so they put me a ticket that I can’t pay until it arrives by mail

Pros: Lovely boutique hotel with very nice large rooms. The staff spoke English and were super friendly and helpful which we appreciated after having just come from Paris. Wish we could have stayed more days to enjoy the spa. I would definitely like to return for a longer stay.

Pros: Had two rooms with family including myself and wife and two children, 6 & 8, and a 21 year old friend. The hotel is one of the best botique hotels I've ever experienced. The staff was great, spoke English which was important for us, the hotel room was incredible and the location is the best in Bruges.
Cons: Nothing I didn't like but with family I'm glad I got two rooms.

Pros: Location and facilities were wonderful. Hotel on a canal with small square nearby with cafes. Very convenient to Markt Square. Hotel has Old World charm. Delphine at front desk was very helpful. Definitely would stay there again.
Cons: Our room was quite small - #24- with a small window and not much light. The tub/shower did not have a shower shield on it.

Our guests can feel at home with free Wi-Fi access in each room, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. We serve a daily fresh breakfast buffet that offers a wide variety of options for any taste. Have a casual lunch at the Jan Breydel Bar and sample authentic Belgian beer by the cozy fireplace.
