Accommodating staff that were very helpful and provided transportation to the local subway station and ferry dock to Manhattan.
Parking is limited to street and care must be taken to use alternative sides for alternative dates as parking fines are excessive - but staff always advise which side to park.
Quiet location with spacious, well-appointed rooms and helpful staff
There were no problems. It's a ten-minute walk to the subway but an easy route.
Really helpful staff and the free transport was a great bonus on a couple of occasions. Comfy beds and spotlessly clean.
Very unique hotel with helpful staff, spacious rooms
Decoration is very nice and room is clean. Staffs are all very helpful.
Location.... it is located in a quite industrial area, noise outside the window wake me up. The air condition inside our room is also very noisy
